Anna with property management was wonderful at getting everything set up and quick response when we needed her. Loved the street the house was on. Not much beach right in front but just walk to the right about 200 ft (my 2 year old did it) and you have very wide beautiful beach. Great vacay. Quite and remote just what we wanted

Sweet perfect beach house. Literally steps to the ocean. Upstairs is absolutely perfect. Beautiful master bedroom and guest queen room. Downstairs kitchen and living room are not very spacious but adequate. Kitchen could use a thorough cleaning of cabinets and drawers inside and out. Pots and pans are a mess. The stocking of the kitchen could use some tlc. 90% of the pots, pans, etc need to be thrown away and replaced with about 20% of items. It, however, has a keurig and a regular coffee pot and a great blender. Appliances are nice. Twin beds in bedroom downstairs are squeaky and very uncomfortable. My teenager could not sleep on them. She opted for the pull out couch which wasn’t very comfortable either, but at least the ceiling fan was better than the one in her bedroom. The outside was perfect. Great outdoor shower, beautiful decks with beautiful views. Loved the pool!!! Nice size pool, very cool even in the hot sun. Very private. All the decks and poolside had comfortable furniture and were plentiful. We had issues with one of the upstairs showers and never got resolution. Texted with the property manager but never got final response and just gave up. The beach was of course gorgeous. Accessibility was rough because of erosion. If you are not agile, you will not be able to get up or down the sand banks. The beach is probably the narrowest in all of CSB, but that was nice to us bc no one was on it. All in all loved our stay. Would definitely consider it again.

The pool was great, though in high wind, the heater struggles to keep the water warm.

We've stayed at Bikini Bottom for the past 5 years. The house and location are wonderful,perfectly suiting our needs. It rained like a monsoon the entire week long stay. 6 adults and 1 dog. We really used the house due to the rain, and got out money’s worth. Plenty of privacy if needed, kitchen well appointed, television in each bedroom.

This was our first! trip to the area and we will definitely be returning. The house was great and views of the sunsets were amazing from the balcony! The only 'issue' we had was the fridge was not cold when we arrived and we had perishables that couldn't wait the 24 hours we were told it would take to cool. BUT the on call person brought us ice on a very cold and blustery Christmas eve! ? That is customer service.

We had 2 small issues:
The TV cable did not work throughout the stay and a previous guest must have stored fish in the fridge and although the fridge was left clean, the smell was there.

The house was wonderful. We really enjoyed the heated pool. That was a real plus. Better than advertised. Had five out of seven great weather days and you just can’t beat the beaches on the Cape. Originally scheduled 3 days but was allowed to extend for the full week on short notice. Can’t wait to come back. Greg

Wonderful house. Large master suite. Great for our family. 2 suggestions. Master suite needs coverage of some kind over double glass doors for privacy and promote a good sleeping environment. Thermostat would go no lower than 70. We like it a little cooler in the evening. But overall great stay.

Our family loved Bikini Bottom! A short walk to the beach and the pool was a bit hit! I’d recommend bringing bug spray for the evenings. The property was exactly as described and had all the cookware glassware and utensils you need. Highly recommended!

Our stay for fall break was great! The sunsets are unlike any I’ve ever seen. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool was a great addition for our kids. I will say we saw a few snakes, but that wasn’t unexpected as you are close to wooded areas. Also, the beach access it a little difficult. I am sure the access was destroyed during the latest hurricane, but there is a pretty good hill to walk down to get to the beach. This place is amazing, though! I feel like another stay here is in our future!

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and our 2 pups. The house was clean, modern, and just about a minute walk from the beach. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the pool much because of the mosquitoes. That was a bummer, but the bugs in general were really bad in Cape San Blas.

We couldn't ask for anything more. Very easy and pleasant check in. The pool was the best size and was always cool. We had more than enough room and space. Everything was so nice and clean. Cape San Blas is beautiful and so was this beach house! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, the pleasure was certainly ours!

The house was fresh and clean upon our arrival, the location is great. Close to the trading post and just a short walk to the beach. The beach is still recovering from the hurricane but beautiful non the less. There is a little bit of a hill on the beach from sand that has washed away that you have to carry your stuff up and down. Booking, check in and responsiveness from the management company was perfect.

Our family had a great time at the Cape. The weather this time of year was perfect, a little breezy a few days but nobody ever complained that they were too warm. The gulf is still a little cold (for adults) but that didn’t stop the kids from snorkeling and swimming. The heated pool was our favorite- spent hours in the pool. The house is gorgeous and the quick walk to the beach wasn’t any trouble at all. The master has its own porch which was nice to use at sunset. We saw the most amazing sunrise and sunsets from the house. We will be back!

Very nice and clean with everything that you could possibly need. Wonderful having a decent sized pool. Fan in the one bedroom didn't work, called and gathered this has been an ongoing problem. Room was east facing so it got a little warm. Would highly recommend this rental.

Thanks to Matt and the team, we had an excellent stay at this beautiful beach home. It couldn't have been better. We rented a kayak from the property management company and they delivered it to the door. That made for an amazing tour of the bay. We loved the beach, St Joseph's Penninsula State Park, and especially the heated pool. It was a little extra to have the pool heated but that meant it was comfortable night and day! The house was exactly as described with more than enough space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, the porches were so nice, the beach was just a minute's walk away down the private street. The porches have screened doors which we left open nearly the whole week. The beds and furniture were comfy and we felt at home. This was a completely different vacation from our usual trips to Panama City and Destin. It was much more relaxing. We got steamed shrimp from St Joe Shrimp Company on the Cape, we visited all the cute shops in downtown Port St. Joe (where the property management company's office is), we enjoyed seafood at Indian Pass Raw Bar and especially at Shipwreck Raw Bar in St. Joe Beach, and had a great mexican lunch at Pepper's in Port St. Joe. There is just enough shops and sites to enjoy if you have a day with bad weather, but the majority of our days were spent on the beach, in the pool, and enjoying hanging out together in the awesome house. Recommendation - Bring some firewood and make a campfire on the beach!! This is something you can't do in PCB but our neighbors did it and we were so jealous. We'll do it next time we stay!

My husband and I had a great time at this beach house. The house was cozy and very homey. The heated pool was amazing, especially since the weather was a little cool the week we were there. Our dog Roo absolutely loved the short walk to the beach. She would sit every morning looking out the sliding glass door patiently waiting to go to the beach and chase the seagulls. The beach was very peaceful and quiet. We loved the fact that the beach wasn't over populated. We would love to come back to this house to visit Port Saint Joe's. Everyone at Baytowne rentals were also so very nice to us during our stay. We would definitely rent from them again.
