We enjoyed our stay at Bootiki, the location was fantastic with an easy walk across a culdesac to the beach path, the elevator was so helpful getting luggage and groceries in and out of the house. The pool was wonderful to have as we had a lot of wind and cool weather, plus jellyfish, that made swimming in the gulf not ideal. The management company was very helpful, professional and timely in everything. We had great communication and I would definitely rent from them again. The not so great part was it was not cleaned well, the floors still had a good bit of dog hair and sand from the previous renter on the floor and stairs, there was sand on top of the comforters of the twin beds. The beds were not very comfortable to us, which is definitely a personal thing, but we all came home with backs hurting and missing our beds. Nothing was a deal breaker and we would stay again, but would hope for a little better cleaning.

We stayed here for a week overall a really cool place with great views of the gulf. Furniture and beds were for very comfortable. The elevator made it easy for my 90 year old grandmother and her partner to move around. The only gripe I would say is the water pressure is not good, but to be expected in most places down there and the front door key pad is a little janky. I would highly recommend this place though as it is great for large families. Would definitely stay here again.

King beds, gas grill, margarita machine, elevator, pool and so much more! We have been coming to the Cape for 8 years now and we will definitely be staying at the Boo-Tiki house again! It's location is a very close walk to the beach (sunsets on the Cape are THE best) Its close to the Trading Post which is a favorite "go to" stop of ours. I will say we had trouble getting in the house -the door latch was stuck and wouldnt release all the way for us to get in the house, but I called/text the emergency number and got a very quick text back getting us in the house in no time! I can't wait for our next trip!

We loved the place. The house was exactly as described! Our collage aged boys loved the small bedroom with the bunks on the top floor! They said it reminded them of dorm life.? Baytown Rentals was great with communication. I loved the reminder about garbage pick up. One recommendation: Please add a dresser to the green room on the second floor. We would definitely recommend this house and would consider coming back. Great place!

The heated pool was great, yes you have to pay extra to heat it but when the weather is at the tipping point it was nice and the kids loved it. The house was clean and supplied with all you will need. Very close to water easy access close to walking path. If we had an issue with something Baytowne was very responsive.

Great stay at Bootiki. Close to the beach. But also close to the few shops and restaurants on CSB. Elevator was a godsend for the older adults in our group. The house was exactly what we expected because of the photos and virtual tour that was available ahead of time. Only two downsides to our experience was low water pressure (but we expected that due to previous reviews) and the TV would not connect to channels or cable. This would typically not be an issue, but our beloved Phoenix Suns were in the finals (luckily we brought our own Apple TV connection). Otherwise everything was great.

BooTiki was the perfect size for our family of 10. The pictures perfectly depict the property. It’s a gem that you can find a house in a cul de sac that close to the beach without having to pay the “right on the beach” price. It was steps away from the sand and so easy and convenient to access. The pool was great, especially for our little ones who love to swim! It had everything we needed, including an elevator that made the trip much more enjoyable for our older adults. Can’t wait to go back!

The location was amazing! The bunk rink is literally in the kitchen, so be aware of that if planning for small kids. Management company was not so helpful, but the house was great.

Based on the correspondence records, our dedicated staff assisted your needs and requests timely throughout the entire week so it's unfortunate to see you label us as "not so helpful". It's our number one goal here at Baytowne to do everything we can to assist our guest's needs. We delivered you a replacement broom on request, we answered your questions regarding the pool heat policy, and we assisted your troubles regarding the microwave right away. Regardless, we always proactively check in with each guest routinely through the week to ensure everyone is having a welcoming and pleasant stay. It was a pleasure accommodating you and your family.

Cape and Coast staff

A perfect location on Cape San Blas with easy access to a beautiful beach, as well as the bay. The elevator was particularly appreciated as one of us has a mobility impairment. The private pool was also a wonderful luxury. The screened-in balcony on the 3rd level adjacent to the comfortable living and dining areas was our place to hang out and enjoy the Gulf breezes, as well as the gorgeous views and Sunsets. Multiple large screen TV's with great reception as well as wifi access in every room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was really clean. We appreciated the towels were from a laundry service and were individually bagged. The last house we stayed at on the Cape had us throw the towels in the wash before we left leaving us questioning the cleanliness. It was a short walk to the beach...maybe a one minute walk. We loved the screened-in porches. They provided a little more shade to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the waves. It also helped cut down on some of the glare from the water. Not many homes on the Cape have curtains. You can see in the photos this house has nice heavy curtains so you can watch TV during the day and make it darker for sleeping in. We had a question while staying there and both the owner and the manager were great to work with. The kitchen is nicely stocked. This was the first place we've stayed at that had a crockpot. Because we were here in the winter for a couple of months that was a nice treat. It was an added bonus to have a fenced in area for our dog.

Thank you to the owners for their hospitality in sharing their home with us. This felt like a home away from home and we're very grateful we were able to spend time at BooTiki.

Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was better stocked than ours at home. Wi-Fi was great (after an outage that was quickly repaired). We loved having the pool, but proximity To the glorious beach was the best! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the grill situation: the tiny camp grill was too small for that size of a house. Gas would be even better...We hope to be back SOON!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at BooTiki! Plenty of room. The elevator was so helpful in getting luggage to the living spaces. The grand kids spent HOURS in the pool! A very short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. Kayaking in the bay was also exceptional. We dug a sandpit on the beach one night and made smores. Just an all around GREAT trip.

The elevator was a big plus for family members with mobility issues, as well as the handicap accessible shower. The property had screen and screen door storm damage which was not yet repaired. Overall it was a great quiet location.
