Property amenities include gulf views, elevator, private pool (pool heat is available for an additional fee during the months of Oct-Apr), bed/bath linens, cable television, WiFi, gas and/or charcoal grill, kitchen stocked with dinnerware/flatware/cookware, and much more. Pets are permitted in this particular home. A Pet Fee is required. There is a 2 pet maximum.

This new construction home with gorgeous gulf views is located on the most desired portion of Cape San Blas, in a newly developed community called The Preserve (neighboring the Seagrass community). Complete with a private heated pool (pool heat is available for an additional fee during the months of Oct-Apr), this beach home boasts an elevator, 3,000 square feet of living space, four bedrooms (including three king beds, two queens and two twins) and much more. This vacation home is the perfect setting for your annual family gathering, a girl’s trip, special event, or to just get away from it all.

To assist in your adventure at Castaway Cove, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets(Limit of 2 max). No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
