Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The property is very clean and well located on Cape San Blas. The kitchen is very well equipped and we especially liked the fact that the bedrooms were on different floors than the kitchen/dining/living area. Thus, one was not disturbed when some people awakened before others. We had one problem with the hot water and it was resolved the next day. I would highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect property for our family vacation! The property far exceeded our expectations in every way. The beach is a few steps away, the sun sets right in front of the balcony, there are many wonderful dining options within a short drive. We cannot wait to return to Just Dune It!

Great place for family vacation. Had our daughters and son and their spouses and our 5 grandkids and it was a wonderful place to spend a week and enjoy the family. Could not asked for any better.

This house was perfect for our group. We had a small wedding on the beach, the kids enjoyed the pool and sand, it was absolutely perfect! The house had everything we needed, was very clean and the decor was super cute! Everyone loved that the beach wasn't over crowded and we got to enjoy all kinds of marine life as we walked along. We will definitely recommend this to our family and friends! Silvia was awesome to work with and we can't wait to come back!!

Our family included great grandparents , grandparents, adult kids, and grandkids, and a great time was had by all! The house is absolutely beautiful, and not an inch of wasted space! Comfy bedrooms( and beds) , balconies to enjoys gorgeous views with plenty of sturdy outdoor furniture. Swings on second level offered dreamy stargazing opportunities. Steps from fabulous pool to sparkling clear gulf. Area around pool offered plenty of space to sun or shade. Kitchen was wonderfully equipped for large family group who loves to cook. Any questions we had were answered in minutes and taken care of quickly. This is a perfect spot for a memorable vacation!

This house was perfect for our bunch! We don't like the normal touristy areas and this place was ideal. You are close enough to Panama City if you do want the touristy things to do. The local restaurant Sandbucket has great food. Their shrimp and clam strips are awesome. The grill would not light and they delivered a new grill for us to use. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. The house is big enough so that we all had plenty of space.

We spent the month of January at Just Dune It. The house is spacious, clean, comfy and lovely. The open floor plan flows and the decor is tasteful and beachy. Attention to detail is evident in the nicely equipped kitchen, with a slow cooker, waffle maker, ice maker, plentiful dishware, pots, pans and serving pieces. A new can opener, tea kettle and smaller coffee mugs would be useful additions. Also a table and chairs on the main floor deck for outside dining. The weather was in the high 50's most days with a few severe thunder and lightning storms. During one storm, the windblown rain came in around the sliding doors leaving puddles on the floor inside the living room and bedrooms. The wind was so fierce it blew the deck furniture and cushions all over the yard and broke one of the bed swings. The power was out for most of the day as 3 power poles split in half. The location is fairly remote for a winter stay. The general stores and a couple of small eateries were open but we had to travel at least 40 miles RT for shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A few minor cons: Confirmation of payment. It's unnerving to send out a good bit of money online to a person or agency that you're unfamiliar with and then have to wait a few days and contact them to find out if it was received. Otherwise communication was prompt and helpful. After the storm we notified the manager the next day with news of the damage. We received an apology which was very nice, but only near the end of the month did someone come out to look at the damage and it was not fixed during our stay. We were very happy with our time at Just Dune It and the fact that we didn't see a snake was icing on the cake!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with others. I’m so glad that you all enjoyed your visit to Cape San Blas, and your stay at Just Dune It. Our small coastal town is most certainly a lot more laid back than our neighboring beach destinations, and that is what most families love about this area. Our local tourist development council has a fantastic website with tons of great information about our area, including lots of local activities, restaurants, shopping, and much more http://www.visitgulf.com. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive a timely confirmation of your deposit. Generally an automated confirmation is provided. Winter weather in the South is often unpredictable, and when strong winds are combined with heavy rains it is not uncommon for the drains on gulf front sliding doors to fill with water faster than they can drain, and sometimes allow small amounts of water to leak through. I hope we were able to explain that well when we spoke the day after the storm. Regarding the deck swing that was broken as a result of the wind, as we discussed, they are specialty items that were custom built, and those things can sometimes take a little longer to be addressed. It was a pleasure to serve you and your family. We look forward to having you all back again soon!

We absolutely loved this home! This, by far, has been the most comfortable 'home away from home' house. It was perfectly furnished and perfectly equipped. We were all sad that we had to leave, but we all agree that we want to return. My 4year old grandson thanked me several times for the 'awesome house'.

Awesome house, lots of upgrades. well stocked. right on the beach.. we saw exquisite sunsets.layout of the house is great to accommodate large groups and families. The pool is a wonderful addition, we all enjoyed swimming in it. The decks provided comfortable areas to hang out and enjoy the ocean. Loved the deck bed swings. overall this house is so nice, one of the best houses we ever rented.

What a great house! Our group of 14 consisted of young adults from 19-28 years old, a grandmother and 1 year old grandchild. It worked well for everyone with ease of access to all floors as well as quiet areas as needed. The decks are awesome with the swings, couches and bar stools. Well stocked kitchen along with a separate ice maker that came in handy on a daily basis. The house is on a great section of the beach that is quiet and very easy access. We only ate out twice and you have to go to the Indian Pass Raw Bar. Silvia (property manager) was very responsive on any questions before the trip and checked in with us on our arrival to make sure everything was fine. Highly recommend.

Amazing views.. The homeowners did a beautiful job decorating and furnishing this house.. It's elegant with a comfortable beachy feel. Great open floor plan. Everything well thought out .. From the bed linens to the comfortable mattresses. Spent the week with family .. The sunsets were amazing .. We spent alot of time on the deck -outside living spaces and swimming pool were a favorite. Beautiful walks on the beach , fishing , paddle boarding , kayaking and We saw dolphin !

My family had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful brand new beach house. I don't think I could describe how absolutely stunning the decor is if I tried. Every detail is perfect. The furniture is comfortable and inviting and laid out nicely to encourage you to sit, relax, read a book, watch TV, play a board or card game or just have fellowship with your family. The decks overlook a breathtaking view of the beach and you can watch the most magnificent sunsets. They are great for dolphin watching too! The 2nd floor deck has 2 swinging beds! The private pool is fantastic! Beautifully designed and right outside the door. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after spending all day at the beach. My husband enjoyed fishing from the beach right in front of the house and caught a number of different fish..even sharks!. The kitchen and dining area is perfect! There is a large one of a kind farm-style table that easily fit my family and also comfortable barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is beyond stocked with all you could possibly need and more to prepare and cook all your meals. I cannot say enough about how perfect the location, the house and our vacation was. We will definitely be staying there often!

We loved our stay at Just Dune It. It was the perfect house for our family. We have grown kids and they loved the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. The house was beautiful and so well thought out that it was like being at home. The owner thought of everything from the floor plan of the home to the little details that made our visit so special.
