The top floor also includes a generous master suite with a spacious tiled bathroom and private access to a deck, as well as a convenient half bath.

The first floor features two more Gulf view master suites, each with a king bed and private bathroom. These suites also have their own deck access, allowing you to keep an eye on the kids in the pool while enjoying some rest and relaxation. The home also includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with a full bed and twin bunks, both of which share a fourth full bathroom.

The ground floor of the home offers covered parking and entry, as well as a half bath and a private pool. With easy beach access right across the street, "Our Kind of Paradise" truly offers the ultimate vacation getaway, complete with all the special touches that set it apart from the rest.

Looking for adventure during your stay at Our Kind of Paradise? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the beach, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Our Kind of Paradise guests are invited to enjoy the amenities exclusive to the private and gated St. George Plantation. The Olympic size swimming pool, tennis court, and fitness center are just a short bike ride or drive to the Plantation Clubhouse. St. George Plantation is a private, gated community located on the west end of St. George Island, Florida. The Plantation is a special balance of nature and wildlife, pristine beaches and beautiful homes, social activities and solitude.

Bringing a pet? That can be arranged for additional fee. **Size and Number limit of no more than two dogs Less than 25lbs each and no dogs under 1 year old** No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
