The property managers responded quickly to the few issues we encountered. The pool was perfect. The location is pretty good. Some from the nearby condos do try to spread out; so stake your beach spot early. Kitchen is well stocked. Knives are sharp. Steep driveway. Didn’t use the bikes we rented. New homes going up on both sides of this house. All in all I was happy with the home.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, clean, and well supplied with kitchen utilities, etc. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 queen beds with bunk beds in the 4th. The main level had one bedroom with a queen bed. All mattress's were very comfortable. The advertisement states it sleeps 14, however, I feel 12 is more accurate if everyone wants to be comfortable. The lower bunk beds are double size so I am sure that is where they are counting the extra 2. However, kids don't want to sleep together so for us that would not have worked. We had one couple cancel so it all worked out but I am not sure what we would have done it they were able to come. The kids loved the pool! Even with the wind blowing, making it chilly, they were in the pool! It was a lifesaver! The beach was clean and not crowed. This time of year the water was cold but once the kids got in, they said it was warm! We had a major issue but the management company attended to the issue immediately. We had a few minor issues which they took care of immediately as well. Great management company! We did not have great luck with restaurants. The food was okay but no one ever said "this is great!" We cooked at the condo 4 nights out of 7. My biggest issue was the phone service. It was extremely spotty and we had to walk around the house until we hit a good spot where the person we were talking to could hear us. This is not the owners fault but it was frustrating! Hopefully one day a cell tower will build a tower. We rented bikes which the kids loved, young and older! They definitely were used. condo 4 nights out of 7. Yes, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect location. Private pool was great. Just overall great experience! The only thing I’d wish was different was a slightly earlier check-in time (it was 5 pm), but I understand dealing with the turn over.

The home is located almost at the end of the cape and it feels very private despite having other homes near by.
The beach was never crowded!
The pool was fantastic and our children really enjoyed running back and forth between the pool and ocean.

The home it’s self was also wonderful. Large and comfortable enough to house our party of 12. The home was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable.

The owners have gone above and beyond to include details such as cooking utensils and additional appliances such as a crockpot, blender, and various sized pots and pans.

We were also pleased to find the home filled with books and games for our family to enjoy!

The state park is minutes away and I highly recommend spending a day there on the bayside. We were able to snorkel and see star fish, sea urchins, flounder, crabs, and more.

The staff at Cape and Coast are friendly and accommodating. They respond quickly to any and all needs.

You won’t regret booking this home with this company for your vacation.

The house was clean, roomy, had everything we needed (except an elevator would be nice), great pool and most importantly had wonderful porches and views of the gulf. We loved watching sunset from the porch. The kids loved the pool when we weren’t on the beach. The location couldn’t have been better as you are right on the beachfront to the most beautiful, quietest beach ever! We were never crowded on the beach - which was very important to us. We picked up food from Coneheads, Skullys, Long Bills and Peachys all delicious and close by. Our favorite activity was horseback riding at sunset on the beach. We would Love to go back next year, but sadly it looks like the rental price has been raised to where we will never be able to afford to have another vacation there.

We had a AWESOME VACATION! This house was AMAZING!!! Nine of us girls stayed in this house it was everything they said it was!! Great views! Great Rooms! The beds were SOOO COMFORTABLE! The layout is perfect! The pool was awesome! We took walks on the beach, drank dairies by the pool, cooked many meals in the well stocked kitchen. The owners and house managers were VERY RESPONSIVE to all our needs! I have nothing but good things to say about this home! WE LOVED IT! We barely left the property it was so wonderful?We also had bonfires on the beach by the ocean 2 nights!! That was so cool! We went to a dolphin watch one day. That was also amazing! We had such a great week! We hated to leave!!! Thank you for letting us in your amazing home for the week!!!!

The house was large enough to accommodate all of us. The house is located in a perfect location.The house does have a lot of stairs - which was expected. So if you are unable to do walk up and down stairs this may not be a good home for you since their is no elevator. Four adults staying together for a month, needs a lot of get away space (from each other) every once in awhile. The house is very roomy and comfortable, which we enjoyed. The fully stocked kitchen completely met our stay in and eat practices during Covid 19. The house was very clean and the outside area was perfect for soaking up some sunshine. One of the best part of the house are the two balconies that face the Gulf. Many hours were spent watching the surf, the beach and the magnificent sunsets. Every once in a while a few dolphins could be seen swimming by.
Only a few steps from the uncrowded beached, we strolled along looking for shells and getting a little exercise. Met many nice neighbors and their pets on the pet friendly beach.
We are returning again next year!

Our family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home on Cape San Blas. We loved everything about our trip. The heated pool was perfect for our teens. The beach was not crowded and it was a short walk down the beach to the state park. The house was spacious and the layout was great for a large family and a dog. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the stunning views of the ocean from the deck, to the extra refrigerator in the basement, this house was the perfect fit for us. We hope to come back some day soon!

Wonderful! A beautiful and very comfortable home, exactly as the photos showed! It was extremely clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, easy check in/out, with an amazing ocean front experience. We loved this home and enjoyed watching the sunsets on the deck, beach walking, campfires, fishing, shelling, and the friendly small town feel on Cape San Blas. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The home is very spacious and well furnished. Its location to the beach is fantastic. The kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans and appliances that we could ever need. This home is more than it is described. The only improvement we would like to see was new family room furniture, which the owner assured us was occurring in March, 2020. The house and pool areas were clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay. Management was responsive to our needs, for an example, our coffee machine was not working properly and we received a new one immediately. We have recommended this property to our friends and family. We know they would enjoy there vacations here.

The last 3 years were at 4 Sunsets just down the beach from Seaside Sea-Esta. The addition of the pool was a real asset. It was nice for The grandkids to be able to go in when it wasn’t always convenient for someone to be at the beach with them. We joined them or sat in the shade! We did see a shark one morning between the shore and the sandbar, so again the pool was a plus. The layout of the house was good for our families with our teenage grandson now having a room to himself. We were impressed with the clean up efforts being made, but sorry to see so many dead trees. We will consider returning next year.

Overall a great place to rent. Everything was as advertised. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, drive way lighting was in disrepair and the garbage disposal did not work. We would stay there again.

The upstairs air conditioner began to fail after our first night. An email about the problem was answered within 1 minute of sending, and repairmen arrived shortly after and repaired the problem. It was offered to us when our paid up first choice was not yet available due to repairs after Hurricane Michael in the FL Panhandle last year. The house is well laid out, on a dog friendly beach, a pool, on Cape San Blas...the perfect place. Better yet is the rental co..Cape and Coast. They really stepped up finding and reserving 3 properties before notifying us. They are very responsive and easy to deal with.

We had plenty of room for us indoors and out. The parking areas and driveway could accommodate 3 to 4 cars easily. The Management Company was extremely helpful finding this home for us as replacement of our normal vacation home that was damaged by Hurricane Michael. Their efforts made our vacation a success. The property is just as described, but it seemed so much larger. The views of the Gulf and beach was outstanding. The house was very clean, the furniture was comfortable, especially the beds! The kitchen was stocked for at least 10 people, and had almost every conceivable kitchen utensils. The pool area and decking was perfect for enjoying the sun. We would recommend this property to all our friends, and we will be returning again next year.

The location is remote and quiet, perfect for a seaside siesta. We enjoyed the proximity to the state park and exploring the bayside as well. Coneheads is just a short distance away and provided us with delicious fish sandwiches, burgers and a surprisingly good pizza! Lots and lots of wildlife to study in and out of the ocean, great photo opportunities, great sunrises from the bay and sunsets over the ocean, wonderfully starlit sky every night! Thank you Cape and Coast for your professional and top notch hospitality! No one does it like you do it! After 12 years and countless visits to the Cape we will always come to you!

Two king bedrooms are connected to queen bedroom and bunk room by a Jack and Jill bath. These rooms were perfect for my grown daughters and their families. The views and access to the beach were fantastic! Kitchen had everything you need to get get groceries and settle in for the week. Downstairs refrigerator was great for a quick drink by the pool.They even had kid bowls, plates and forks. House is clean and very well kept up.
