- Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes,
paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your
gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Please observe our policy requiring no chaperones at any event.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the
outside temperature.
*Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can break down. If you experience any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
