Sunset Cove is located in the sought after Windmark Beach, with its lush greenery and old Florida charm, this location will give you a relaxing vacation! This spectacular 5 bedroom, 3 bath house is sure to delight! With its comfortable furnishings and ample outdoor activities, this is a fantastic vacation retreat! When entering the home on the ground level, you will be welcomed by the great room, with its hardwood floors, high ceilings and tones of grey and blue throughout. The kitchen has high end appliances, granite counter tops, abundant cabinetry, and large island. This kitchen has all the items needed to prepare that delicious meal! The living room, dining room and kitchen, make up this open floor plan for everyone to enjoy! Also on this floor, you will also find the play area with a large couch, flat screen TV, and games galore. You will know exactly where to look if you cannot find the kids! When it is time to escape all the activity, you will find one of the Queen bedrooms that shares the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Up on the first level, you will see the primary king bedroom including a connecting bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and glass shower. There are also two more queen bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 Twin beds, these three bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The first floor also includes the laundry room and an additional sitting area, great for curling up with a good book.

While staying in Windmark, you will have access to the community pool, town center, and boardwalk access. Windmark is filled with boardwalks, most which lead you right to the beach!!

To assist in your adventure at Sunset Cove, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house
