Newly built and ready for you to enjoy your beach vacation, Welcome to Tranquility Base! Classic beach décor can be seen throughout this beautiful WindMark Beach home. This is a 2-level home with one queen bedroom on the bottom floor near the entrance. The stocked kitchen is just down the hall with seating for 5 at the kitchen island. Breathtaking views of the water and coastal landscape can be seen from the 1st floor Living Area and the top floor gulf facing bedrooms. The Living area boast comfortable couches and chairs along with a Flat screen TV for your winding down pleasure. To the side of the Living Room is the dining table that seats 5. There is also enough seating on the back porch if you chose to eat or relax outside. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is also on this floor. Upstairs king bedroom with a smart TV and a shared full bathroom across the hall that has a shower/tub combo. The Twin room is also on this floor consisting of 2 twin beds and a smart TV. The full-sized washer and Dryer are located in the upstairs hallway closet. The master bedroom has a king bed and a sitting area. This room has a smart TV, master closet space, private master bath with walk in shower, and double vanity. While staying in Windmark, you will have access to the community pool, town center, and boardwalk access. Windmark is filled with boardwalks, most which lead you right to the beach!! This community has two restaurants (The View and Bruno's Pizza), a Mill Mercantile and Social complete with a candy shop, a gym, Med Spa, pet store, and a sporting goods store. Come and experience all that Windmark Beach has to offer!

To assist in your adventure at Tranquility Base, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beachcarts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

No Pets allowed! No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
