Million Dollar View

The rental house was awesome. Be honest, this is the first rental vacation home that was so clean. I did not feel I needed to clean before I unpacked. House was very well maintained and stocked for vacation renters.

Great week at MDV

By: Trip Date: 10/08/2016

Great time for 9 of us.
Nice house, very well equipped and in excellent condition.
Beach was clean and had minimal people on it. Water was murky and not the clear water we hoped for the gulf but still nice.
15 miles to nearest grocery store, so stock up!
Definitely hit the oyster bar just down the road!

Favorite House

We have stayed at the Million Dollar View 5 times. It is a great location and the best equipped house we have every stayed at. It is our favorite house in the area and will return.

Peaceful!

By: Trip Date: 06/10/2017

Million Dollar View is a very nice home. The area is peaceful and the beach is not crowded at all. The location is ideal for relaxing but still close enough to town to drive in for dinner or for a little shopping.

The house is extremely well stocked. You won’t need to bring anything. Additionally, it’s well maintained and very clean. The screened in porch on the second level was a favorite.

Great place to get away!

By: Trip Date: 11/18/2017

Home was lovely and had everything for an awesome time. Quality furnishings. Beach was beautiful and fishing was great. Two things to note: Neighbor informed us that we could not have a fire withing 165 feet of any wooden structure including the walkways and that was disappointing as we hauled wood to the beach for a fire and parking is restricted so I don’t recommend bringing a big trailer or boat.

Manager’s Response: I have to apologize for the elderly gentleman you encountered. He is mistaken about the fires, the ordinance actually reads: “Bonfires are permissible, but must not be within 100 feet of any structure, and all remnants must be extinguished and removed from the beach that same day. All items other than natural wood are prohibited from burning (i.e.-pallets, wood with screws or nails, pressure-treated wood, etc.).” So on your next visit, you are welcomed to have a fire as long as it follows these guidelines.

Relaxing at Indian Pass

By: Trip Date: 04/21/2018

Our vacation started with a bang as a major storm greated us as we arrived. There was much wind and rain our first day then the weather turned great for the rest of the week. As the name suggests the view was great. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the many birds go by including many eagles. The beach was quiet and clean we enjoyed many long walks. The home was very well equipped, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We had a great time and surely would return for another visit.

Million Dollar Week

By: Trip Date: 05/12/2018

We had a fantastic time at the Million Dollar View. Caught catfish, croaker, black drum, and trout. The house was spotless and everthing we needed in the kitchen. I talked to the people at Cape&Coast before and during our trip, they were very helpful and friendly. The screened in porch was great.

Memory Maker

By: Trip Date: 06/02/2018

We had a family of 6 adults and 4 children staying in the house! It was the perfect amount of space for everyone to have their own place! The kitchen was stocked AND LABELED so well! We never had trouble finding anything!! The place we well decorated and homey!! The rental company was so responsive when the cape lost power and water for a few hours by notifying us through text message.

We fished and had a great time right off the beach! We caught lots of catfish ad sea bass. We loved watching all the wildlife and finding treaures every morning.

The only hitch to our vacation was the bugs at night, but that’s just the nature of the beast when your at the beach. I would suggest lots and lots of bug spray.

We had a great time. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There weren’t sheets on the bunk beds and I did not realize that the until our last night.
We would go back to the property.

Manager’s Response: We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay! Just for clarification we do make the bottom bunks on our bunk beds and we provide sheets for the top bunk but we don’t make them since it is quite difficult for an adult to get on the top bunk to put on the sheets.

Great stay at MDV

By: Trip Date: 08/11/2018

We enjoyed the seclusion of the property! So beautiful.
We spotted dolphins and watched gorgeous sunrises! The house was perfect.

October Beach Getaway

By: Trip Date: 09/29/2018

My husband and I have been renting vacation homes along the Gulf Coast for many years. I will say that this rental was the best one we’ve ever stayed in. The house was so organized! The cabinets all had labels of what was in each cabinet. It had all the kitchen essentials you would ever need and more. Everything in this home was so clean. EVERYTHING!! I would recommend this home to anyone!! Great rental!!!

Did not get to visit due to Hurricane, however……
