We love Baycation! Had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding on bay. Short walk to beach. House is beautifully designed and has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen.

This was by far our favorite cottage at CSB! The owners thought of everything you might need to make your stay easy and comfortable! The kitchen is amazing with high quality appliances, cookware, cutlery, etc. The elevator was awesome for unpacking, packing and even sending groceries upstairs. We loved the decor, the bay view and dock and the private setting. The cottage is well maintained with everything looking clean and brand new. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches everywhere in the cottage, from being well stocked to having tips and labels on various items to make figuring things out a breeze. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were super nice! We miss so many things from our stay at Baycation and hope to return again.

This home was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped. The owners have thought of everything. The layout of the house is perfect for families, the upstairs was especially nice for our adult children (and spouse) to have their own space. One of my favorite things was the large, screened porch - loved sitting out there having coffee and watching the sunrise! The dock was especially nice for fishing and accessing our kayaks/boats. The bay has a little bit of a beach at low tide and our dogs loved swimming there. We lacked for nothing - and Cape and Coast knocked it out of the park (again) with quick response to any questions or needs we had. We have rented homes managed by them for the past 10 years and they never disappoint.

This is the second time we’ve been privileged to stay at Baycation and have marveled over every detail and need provided to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We appreciate allowing our 2 dogs to share it with us. I don’t think another house could have been more accommodating.

Baycation is a wonderful property. Everything you would need, and more, for a wonderful vacation. The property is extremely well looked after, modern and very clean. Unfortunately we had to move properties due to an electrical problem, but hope to be back.

Baycation is the most well-equipped, clean and beautiful VRBO property we have ever booked for a vacation! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect. We were intrigued by all the wildlife we saw in the bay - sea turtles, dolphins, hermit crabs, blue crabs, clams with irridescent blue "eyes," fish, stingrays, interesting birds, and much more. When we wanted to see the ocean and be on the beach, it was just a short walk across the street. I have already recommended Baycation to several friends who are interested in a Florida vacation away from the usual beach crowds. We will definitely return to this property!

Property was excellent and exactly as described. So much attention to detail in this home. Loved the privacy of the bay. Typically we stay on the ocean side but decided to try the bay, which was a great decision because of this amazing home and the fact that there was a red tide happening in the ocean side during our stay. Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous from the decks on the back, fishing and kayaking from the dock was fun. Pool was perfect to relax and enjoy family time!!

Cape and Coast is by far the best rental company I have ever rented from. Service was outstanding and their representatives personable and responsive. Baycation is in my experience the MOST INCREDIBLE home I have ever rented...and I rent a home for my “birthday month� every year since retiring. The kitchen...wow. Every appliance you would ever need. And extremely well stocked. The furnishings were high end, including the decorations. But the best part...the decks! Again, every luxury you can (and can’t!) imagine. We even enjoyed the pool...in November. And for a retiree, loved the elevator. I cannot brag on this house enough. Nor could my guests. The best birthday month ever!

Very nice property. Location is excellent. Scallops most abundant right off the dock. All the boats were coming over to dive right off the property. Wish the property would offer some water toys so you wouldn't need to rent them. Master showers are huge with rain showers. It would be nice to also have a hand held shower head.

We've stayed in many rental homes but this is the best one, hands down. It's obvious the owners care about the property and their guests. They have thought of everything. We arrived and just loved it! It smelled a new inside the elevator was awesome because you could send all your stuff upstairs. Cape San Blas is beautiful and NO traffic NO waiting for a table at the yummy Mexican joint in port st joe! Perfect for fishing just across the street is beach access. Omg there were biting flies on the beach for some reason and could not sit there so we were glad we had the pool!

Other than being beautiful, the many decks and sitting areas were perfect for multiple families...all with a spectacular view! It is spotlessly maintained, very well-designed, beautifully decorated, and has every gadget you can imagine in the stunning kitchen. The cooking equipment & accessories is all high-end name brands and looks nearly new. The screened porches & open decks offer breathtaking views of St Joseph's Bay (including intense sunrises). In the evening, the west-facing decks offer the colors of sunsets. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, with a cozy fire table on one of the Bay-facing decks. I fell asleep on the large hanging rope bed on one of the screened peaceful. It's a long walk to the end of the private dock on the Bay, but the water is clear and relatively shallow. Take a book and 'sit a spell' out over the water. In warm months, launch your kayak right off the stairs. The interior of the home features very comfortable furniture, especially the mattresses, linens & pillows. The bathrooms are large with oversized showers and "rain" heads. The owners' choice of decorations for the home are on the whimsical side, with an alligator 'butler' in the 3rd floor kitchenette and a 3-D surprise in the elevator (check out the photos). The private pool is inviting, but the weather was too cold to swim or to bake a pizza in the wood-fired oven out there. The owners put considerable thought into this home for the comfort & convenience of their guests, such as labeling of all of the electrical switches & cabinet shelves in the kitchen. The photos are an accurate representation of this gorgeous rental. Highest quality is what you'll find when you step inside. Baycation is an amazing home.. you will love it !

Fully stocked kitchen, elevator, plenty of outdoor relaxation spaces, a great dock to fish from and the perfect size pool for our little ones! Thanks to the owners for allowing families to "borrow" their home for a week to enjoy time with family! The only concern we had was the pool cleaning service. When we arrived, the pool was dirty with sand gathered near the steps. It didn't bother us because we figured that this would get cleaned up when the pool service company came. We were home when the pool tech came on Wednesday... she did not even turn off her truck, but simply walked around the pool with a net in her hand that she did not use and then she left. When we left after one week, the same dark spot of sand was still near the steps.

Fully stocked kitchen, elevator, plenty of outdoor relaxation spaces, a great dock to fish from and the perfect size pool for our little ones! The views were amazing. The kitchen is stocked better than any other house we have stayed in. The elevator didn’t work while we were there but everything else was perfect!

What a beautiful home! Brand new, immaculate and very spacious. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The view of the bay is spectacular and so is the breeze. The Gulf is right across the street and the beaches are also immaculate. Our week stay was very relaxing and quiet and the Cape is just a beautiful, special place. Wait until you see the sunrise from the deck!!

Amazing Week! Our families enjoyed our time at this fabulous home. Highlights of the week were hiking to the Donna Kay, our boat rental from Capt. Clint and shelling on the tip of the Cape. The only thing that could have made the trip better would have been more bites from the fish <. We all agree this was the best stocked rental home we have ever had. We are so thankful for this fun week at the beach, our last adventure before school starts.

We love the Cape! CSB has been a wonderful vacation spot for our families since 2012. We've enjoyed staying on both the bayside and gulf side. This year has been amazing! We really loved this house - perfect for those that love to cook! Our family enjoyed kayaking in the bay, visiting the State Park and easy access to the beach. Places to visit - Weber's Donuts (get there early and stand in line *cash only*, Indian Pass Raw Bar.

What an amazing vacation home! Our families came together for one amazing vacation and thoroughly enjoyed this home. The kitchen was fully stocked and more than impressive, the house had been beautifully decorated with rustic decor, plenty of room for our families, loved the back decks and comfy outdoor furniture, as well as the dock. Precious neighbors. We would recommend a set of stairs for the end of the dock with such drastic changes in tide levels. Nonetheless, in our 8th year of visiting PSJ and CSB, this was by far the BEST vacation house yet!
