The Gulf views from the first floor’s open living and dining area are absolutely breathtaking. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows fills the space with views of the beach and colorful sunsets. Hardwood floors, a color palette of soothing gray, shell white, and touches of blue complement the ever-changing colors of the Gulf and sky. A guest bedroom with a king bed, Gulf views, and a private bathroom, let you escape away from the activity. Comfortable sofa sand 2 armchairs face a large Smart TV in the living area, and a long dining table seats 10. The adjacent kitchen has a spacious walk-in pantry, raised bar that seats 6, lovely granite countertops, and premium appliances that include an oversized refrigerator, built-in microwave, and a dishwasher. Take one of the many doors outside to,1200 square feet of furnished, wrap-around, covered decks. Providing lots of space for your group to enjoy coastal views, island breezes, and watching the dolphins play in the surf.

Multiple guest accommodations can be found on the second floor. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a large TV has gorgeous Gulf views and access to a Gulf-front deck. This guest bedroom shares a powder area and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo with the second guest bedroom, which has a queen murphy bed. The spacious primary bedroom on this level even more incredible Gulf views., a comfortable seating area, and doors that opens from the bedroom to the Gulf-front deck. The private bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. For the children. 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds can also be found on the second floor. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
