The owners are excited to offer this property which has been tastefully decorated in a coastal design. The home is located on the beach side of the road making it easy to enjoy a short walk to the beach for shelling, swimming and enjoying the nightly sunsets right over the water! You have two large decks for beautiful views with your morning coffee or evening beverage. Spend your time between swimming in your private heated pool, beach walks, bike riding and relaxing. The home has three bedrooms and three full baths. The master bedroom is equipped with a cozy king sized bed. Spare Bedroom 1 has a relaxing queen sized bed, and Spare Bedroom 2 has two singles for the kids!. Each bedroom has their own flatscreen tv and the two bedrooms on the top floor have ensuite baths. There are beds for six guests as well as a brand new and comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room for two more. Whether you decide to enjoy a great local meal at one of the many restaurants or cook on your own in the fully stocked kitchen, you will have choices. This home has options for everyone including a gas grill to prepare your own catch or other selection. Pool Heat Fee and Pet Fee are additional fees. This home has WIFI internet, cable TV, and a gas grill! This property is pet friendly to dogs only. All dogs have to be pre-approved before booking. Adult dogs only and must be house trained. Breed type, weight limits and pet fees apply. This home is on Eastern Time Zone.

To assist in your adventure at Bikini Bottom, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
Bringing a Pet(adult ,house trained dogs only) or want Pool Heat? That can be arranged for additional fees (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed or that require a chaperone, and we strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

Kitchen was stocked with what one would need for cooking and the grill was great too. would definitely stay here again! The ladies in the office were very helpful when i was booking as this was a first for us and i had a lot of questions. We will be back for sure!
Great Spring Break at Bikini Bottom

Bikini Bottom
by Larry BanksMy wife and I have been coming to Cape San Blas for over 15 years. We love the area for its beauty and its lack of commercialism. We've stayed at Bikini Bottom for the past 5 years. The house and location are wonderful, perfectly suiting our needs. The management company is always cooperative with us when a problem arises or we have a question about the area. We always look forward to our return in the winter.

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked except for the coffee maker, which worked, but has seen much better days. The living area is a little tight for larger families. The house is steps from the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Would definitely stay here again.

Much closer to the beach than you can tell in the pictures. It was nice and quiet and felt like a little neighborhood. The management company was really easy to work with and prompt with their responses. We would absolutely stay here again!
Vacation at the Cape!

Everything was extremely clean upon arrival and the staff was very hospitable and professional before our stay as well as during our stay. Unfortunately, our dryer was not functioning during our time at the rental however the team gave us a few options to choose from so that we could still have laundry done during our vacation. Highly recommend!
Ready to go again
