LAYOUT
1st Floor
- Electronic lock on the front door.
- Ground-level bunk room with full-over-full beds and direct access to the pool.
2nd Floor
- King bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom that includes a step-in shower.
- Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor.
3rd Floor
- Primary suite with a private deck overlooking the Gulf and a spacious bathroom with twin vanities, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub.
- King bedroom and queen bedroom with shared hallway bathroom access.
- Additional laundry facilities for your convenience.
4th Floor
- Delightful children's retreat with three sets of twin bunk beds.
GUEST ACCESS
- Parking space available for up to five vehicles.
- Direct access to the 30 x 10.5 ft heated pool, flanked by areas of both shade and sunshine.
- Elevator available for the first three floors; not accessible to the top-floor bunk suite.
- Convenient kitchenette located next to the pool and grill.

- Ideally situated near the scenic 8-mile Logger Head Walk/Bike Path.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
