CASA de CHILL is your family's St. George Island beach house to relax! A few steps down the private boardwalk awaits the glistening waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the quiet, uncrowded white sand beach of St. George Island's gated St. George Plantation community.

Casa de Chill offers 4 roomy bedrooms, 3 with private bathrooms. A convenient 4th bathroom is on the main level. The convenience of an elevator that reaches all floors, from the ground up, makes unpacking a breeze so you can get right to your vacation. Beautiful warm hardwood floors and tile are throughout the home.

The first elevated level features the open great room for gathering family and friends to bask in the views of the beach from the comfort of air conditioning, or the screened in porch with patio dining table, or the open covered deck. A large fully equipped kitchen with beach views is open to the living and dining areas to enjoy each other while cooking up the day's catch. A large flat screen TV in the living room provides entertainment when you've had a little too much sun. One bedroom is on this level with King bed and flat screen TV. Just across the hall is a full bathroom.

The top level offers 3 bedrooms, each with private baths. The beach facing master suite, with sliding glass doors to the deck, is open and inviting with stunning panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. A King bed, over sized comfy chair that converts to a Twin sleeper, and flat screen TV are in the bedroom area. The bath area is open to the bedroom with large jetted tub, separate stand-up shower, and double vanity. The lavatory door can be closed for privacy. Another bedroom has a King bed and private full bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a triple bunk bed (Full on bottom, Twin on top) and an additional Twin bed, and private full bathroom.

Its all about the outdoors on St. George Island! The ground level foyer has a second refrigerator, convenient for snacks and drinks. The foyer door opens to the large covered pool patio and splash pool (pool is 8' x 23'). This area is the perfect retreat from a day in the sun, but when you aren't quite ready to go indoors! An outdoor enclosed shower and park-style grill are available for your enjoyment.

To assist in your adventure at Casa de Chill, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
