A shared boardwalk will lead you to the turquoise water and an enclosed, outdoor shower with hot and cold water is convenient for that quick rinse. A fish cleaning station with a park-style grill is provided for your, fresh from Florida, catch. An exterior staircase will take you from the pool to the first level of the home.

The first floor offers a SW king master bedroom with flat screen TV and direct access to the Gulf view covered deck. A full bathroom with twin sinks, a jetted tub and separate shower provide plenty of space. The SE king bedroom offers a flat screen TV and direct access to the Gulf view covered deck. The bunk room sleeps 9 in 3 (twin/twin/twin) bunk beds. This room offers direct access to the covered deck and easy access to the swimming pool below. A shared full bathroom is provided on this floor.

The spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area will bring everyone together on the second floor. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counters and a breakfast bar seating 4.
