We loved it but knowing more of the HOA specifics would’ve been helpful in regards to trailers, golf cart parking etc.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is pristine, from the gorgeous fire pit to the gadget stocked kitchen to the comfy porches and spacious sectional. We loved staying here. Our family was welcomed by neighbors to join in the annual 4th of July parade, too! Small town charm here, we were able to bike through the neighborhood and to the beach. Grandkids loved the pool, too. Quick access to shopping in nearby Port St. Joe.

We've stayed at a few beach houses across the country and this is the 1st that didn't have those things for us to use.

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean, short walk to the beach and pool, and we loved the outside fire pit and sand area. Would definitely stay again.

The house is super nice and clean. Has everything you need with plenty of space. Port St. Joe is a quick 5 minute drive that has all your needs. Only complaint would be that the garbage can outside was not emptied. Highly recommended!

We loved the property location and cleanliness. The fire pit was awesome for nights after dinner. We enjoyed the large table for board games after dinner as well. Perfect vacation house. The decor was adorable and loved everything about it.

The property was great. We loved being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to social distance!! We had easy access to shops and restaurants and the kitchen was fully stocked for the nights we ate in. We are telling friends about Windmark and will definitely make a trip here again!!!

The house was so nicely decorated in a beachy theme and was completely outfitted with everything you need - and then some. It included a firepit in the backyard for cool nights.

This house was immaculate, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. The only issue we had was no internet the first 4 days which was a problem since there is very little cell reception in the house. We called the management company on Sat when we arrived to tell them as we were surprised they didn’t know. Because it was Sat the 4th, they couldn’t do anything until Monday. However, we felt like we had to constantly call them to make sure they were pursuing service for us. We Finallygot internet on Tuesday.

Thank you for your kind review of the home Wendy. We're very sorry about the internet outage for those few days. We called and schedule Consolidated Communications, the internet service provider, to make the necessary repairs as quickly as they were able to tend to the issue for us. We didn't receive any internet complaints from the guests who departed on the day of your arrival so unfortunately we were not aware of it. If you feel like you had to constantly call us then we do apologize. We contacted the internet provider multiple times on your behalf but we were at their mercy since restarting the modem and router didn't work. Nevertheless, we're so glad we were able to have the internet restored for you by Tuesday and no later. We understand it's a very important item to our guests.

The decor is uncluttered, new, and high quality. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Wonderful fire pit with plenty of seating in back. Screened porches front and back. Enjoyed our stay here very much!

In celebration of life and mine and my daughters July Birthdays, Every year is better than the one before but this one will be MOST difficult to beat. The house location, the beach, the local fare were all fabulous!
