This new construction home (built in 2018) comes complete with a private pool (pool does not have the option of being heated), and boasts over 2,400 square feet of living space, four bedrooms (including two masters with king beds) and much more. This vacation home is the perfect setting for your annual family gathering, a girl’s trip, special event, or to just get away from it all.

To assist in your adventure at Fond Horizons, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Ground floor:
- Parking for 3-4 vehicles

3rd floor:
- Master suite with king bed (deck access, water view and private full bath)
- Master bedroom with king bed (deck access, water view and ensuite)
- Bedroom #4 with full bunk bed (ensuite shared with master)

Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets(2 dog limit). No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
