Holliday House

The home was wonderful and had everything we needed for our stay. Our little ones enjoyed the shallow beach water with gentle waves. It was a short walk to the community pool, community center, and the beach. However, with all of our little ones and the heat for the week, we rented a golf cart which was a great decision. Port Saint Joe town center had wonderful little shops and restaurants for a small quiet town. The only downside of the rental is check-in is not until 5 which is a little too late to get unpacked and have dinner with little ones. Our past rental houses have permitted early check-in if the home was ready (our house was ready - we were there at 2 and had to wait) or normal check-in is set for 3 or 4pm - so plan ahead!

The home was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean upon arrival. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Perfect home for families with toddlers and newborn. Beautifully decorated without too much in arms reach of little ones. We placed our bassinet in the master closet and it was a perfect spot for our baby. We would be thrilled to stay here again

Beautiful home! My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this home! The cooking tools/utensils they provide was beyond what we expected. They had games, washer/dryer, enough towels for everyone, etc. My only complaint of our stay here was not of the home, but of the beach- the water was brown and it smelled like sewage.

House was great, found the scallops , we can’t return to WindMark due to new no boat regulations.

Our family of 8 had the best time ever here at the Holiday House. This home is beautiful and new... there were not a lot of steps to the beach Bay Area either..

the only negative we had was the bay water was a little red in color on certain days and we were not sure why but that’s the only complaint we had and it was really not a complaint just an observation..

We loved staying at the Holliday House! Plenty of room for 9 of us, 6 adults, 3 children. The kitchen and dining area is very large and spacious. The living room is nice as well although we spent most of our free time on the huge side porch. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. We drove over to St. Joe Beach which is less than 5 minutes and we used the big pool several times. We had a great week long stay at the Holliday House! 

When planing our family vacation we had no idea what the area was going to look like. Once arriving, we were beyond happy!! This house and area of Mexico Beach, WindMark Beach, Port St. Joe met our expectations way and beyond!! Thank you for having a beautiful home and allowing my family and I to stay!!

You have a beautiful home in an awesome location!! Such a quiet neighborhood for my family and I to be able to spend quality time together. We have never seen such a perfect beach. The sand is white like snow and the water is clear and blue!! You are so lucky to have a place in paradise!!
