Guests are welcomed on the first floor into the main living level, which boasts a spacious, open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling pocket sliding-glass doors span the living room wall's width, and when opened, guests can take in panoramic gulf coast views. Guests will love sinking into the cozy sofas and enjoying the large flat-screen television, perfect for family movie night. The chefs in your group will adore the gourmet kitchen. This space boasts soft white cabinetry, bright white granite countertops, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 6 guests, and additional seating is available at the kitchen peninsula or on the spacious beachfront deck. On this level is a spacious primary suite, boasting a lavish king bed, private balcony access, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping accommodations up on the second floor. The first guest room features a luxurious king bed and access to a private balcony. The final bedroom on this level features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a a full-over-full bunk bed. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

It's all about the outdoors on St. George Island, and Just Beachy does not disappoint with its many amenities. Splash in the refreshing waters of the home's private pool or spend a day on the sugar white sand beach via the home's private beach access. To assist in your adventure at Just Beachy, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Either can be arranged for an additional fee: 2 dogs only under 35 lbs., and please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature).
