“Just Dune It” is a stunning, gulf front, new construction home located on the most desired portion of Cape San Blas. Built in 2015, this beautifully decorated home boasts over 3,400 square feet of living space, five bedrooms (including a bunkroom with queen bunks), elevator servicing all floors, large gulf front private pool with travertine pool deck, and much more. This vacation home is the perfect setting for your annual family gathering, a girl’s trip, special event, or to just get away from it all.

To assist in your adventure at Just Dune It, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
