An inverted floor plan puts the living area on the top floor, providing extraordinary daytime views. The picturesque living area offers space to relax and enjoy spectacular views while the oyster shell-infused granite adds a coastal flair to a gourmet kitchen. This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom gulf front home located on the north cape accommodates 24.
To assist in your adventure at Magnolia, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet or would like the pool heated? Those can be arranged for additional fee. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets and on cost to heat the pool. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.

One of the best Properties

We had a group of 17 people ranging all ages. The home and property were amazing! The view is breathtaking and the pool/patio area is perfect for hanging out. The area felt VERY private which is exactly what we were looking for. We felt like we were on a private island far away. The home has everything you need and the rental company was great to work with. They answered all our questions and quickly corrected any maintenance issues (very few) we had.

Great vacation!

Magnolia @ Secluded Dunes was a wonderful home! The home was well stocked and We had plenty of room to spread out. We are very grateful to the homeowners for having a pet-friendly home. We always travel with our fur-children. Although Hurricane Ida sent us some rainy days, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean upon our arrival. It's always a pleasure to work with Cape and Coast.

Great Family Reunion

Our vacation was a family event. It was wonderful, except for one drawback. That was the air-conditioning. Some bedrooms were absolutely freezing. Room temperature was a problem.
Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful home

The home is lovely and handles a large group well. Our only issues were low water pressure and weak internet when many were online at one time. The home could use two dishwashers as well.
Manager's Response: Thanks so much for your review Elizabeth! The local government is currently working on beefing up the infrastructure for the end of the cape. A new water tower is being installed as well as fiber cable for the internet down the length of Cape San Blas Rd. They haven't given us a finish date yet but we hope that it will be soon! Great idea about the second dishwasher. We will send that recommendation on to the owner. Hope to have you back soon!

Wonderful beach house

This house is beautiful. The location is very quiet and secluded and the view is outstanding. The hot tub and pool were great and all in working order.
We only had a few complaints: the pocket doors in the bathrooms don't stay closed. The water pressure is really low in the shower. Also it looks like the house was recently renovated which is great, but much of the finish work is still undone. It did not take away from the beauty or functionality of the house though. The internet was a little finicky also.

Best Vacation Spot!

Our stay at the Magnolia Secluded Dunes house was amazing. Beautiful views, very secluded beachfront, private pool and hot tub were just a few of the perks! It was a great getaway for our family especially in the current COVID environment. The house was very clean and the Cape & Coast staff were very helpful. Only suggestions would be to have a broom and dustpan in house for guests to keep from tracking sand into the house and maybe more comfortable living room furniture. Overall a great place to vacation!

This 7 bedroom house was everything my large family needed for a great week vacation. Vary roomy house, nice equipped kitchen, pool table room,elevator,and pretty nice bedding. Air-conditioning temp was very bad in several rooms , but Cape-to- Coast sent a repair man out right away and made some improvements.
The pool and walkway to the beach were top notch!
Have already rented it for next year.

Pleasant Summer Vacation Location

Beautiful oceanfront home with an abundance of beds and bathrooms. Tall dunes allowed for privacy for barbecuing in the yard and relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen had all the necessary things to make cooking a breeze. The wine cooler and the separate ice maker were especially nice. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in this wonderful home.

The house was perfect for our large family. We never felt crowded. The views from the den area are stunning. The walk to beach was fairly easy and we loved using the observation deck to view the gorgeous sunsets. The hot tub located on the ground level was a nice treat in the evenings.

Cape and Coast Is THE Best

NOTE: Before going further, know that if you are renting from Cape and Coast, you are in GREAT hands. They will take good care of you.
We rented Magnolia at Secluded Dunes for an early June 2019. This house has one of the most stunning beachfront appearances with its scoop rooftop. The living room has soaring two story views, and you can easily see to the beach from inside the house. Those large windows also come with power shades, so you can keep the sun out at times as well.
This is the largest home we've ever stayed in (7 bedrooms). The kids all had plenty of room, and those in the bunk rooms noted the mattresses were quite comfy (sometimes bunk room beds are not comfy).
The location is very secluded. We saw only 2 or 3 other families nearby, and since the park was heavily damaged during the hurricane, there is not much foot traffic coming down from the state park. We really felt like we had a huge patch of beach to ourselves. It's nothing like being at Orange Beach or elsewhere where it's wall to wall people.
The house worked well. The kitchen, living, and dining rooms were all updated recently, and the open floorplan is great for families. The kitchen has a WONDERFUL icemaker. It conked out during our trip, but Cape and Coast immediately sent a repair man, and he had that sucker up and running in minutes (they do take care of you WONDERFULLY). The fridge is a new Samsung with a convertible space (can be freezer or fridge), and I had to look up how to activate to freezer as it wasn't intuitive (but that's what Google's for). The kitchen is well equipped. There are PLENTY of plates, utensils, pots, pans, and more. The only thing we brought was our Margaritaville machine.
Home has great outdoor space with loads of parking. Beach access is easy up stairs to deck and down to beach. Home has great AC and comfy beds and furnishings. If you need a big home, this one will work!

We stayed at Magnolia for 4 weeks and LOVED it! The house itself is beautiful and unique. The beach is secluded and we felt like we had it to ourselves most of the time. The lot is huge and absolutely gorgeous. It feels like you're on an island in the Caribbean. This was our first time renting from Cape and Coast and we're very pleased with everything. Anything we needed they immediately responded, also the ease of check in and out was awesome with the app.
