This was a great week for our family! Spacious house, great main floor for large family gathering without sitting on top of each other, super views of the ocean and dunes on all levels. Little quirks with property were communicated to management and worked out quickly and perfectly. THANK YOU! Location to beach, having pool and hot tub, preservations nearby to explore, great Indian Pass Raw Bar to visit, early morning bike rides, privacy and quiet and the amazing beach helped make this trip a perfect mix. We truly were able to enjoy quality family time at this spot. It's a re book for us. Thank You!

The property was just as described and we were very pleased with the home, pool and closeness to the beach. We love Indian Pass and the serenity of the area. Boutique shopping in Port St Joe and Apalachicola was fun!

This is a luxurious property with fabulous views from all three deck areas and it's directly on the beach. The pool is inviting and well maintained. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues which were addressed very quickly. Put your feet up and prepare to relax. The fact that it is pet friendly earns it a sixth star.

We loved our holiday stay at Pelican Palms. The house is in a perfect location. A few steps to the beach and just one mile away from the general store and the raw bar! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need which was great for our Christmas family celebration! Everything was perfect and we will be back. We loved being able to sit at the pool and still see the ocean when the water was to rough to get in the ocean. Very private location. The only complaint is that the kitchen needs new knives. They were very dull. Hard to even slice limes. Great home with lots of space for 2 families.

The house was just as pictured. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable. It was really nice to have 3 king beds for the adults. My Grandkids loved the bunk room. The common area was very spacious for our family of ten. The kitchen worked well and the seating was great for out crowd. It was so easy to be on the beach and the private pool was wonderful. Views from the house were amazing! Quiet, peaceful , and overall relaxing week. Just one thing I would replace is some of the pots in the kitchen. The non-stick surface was worn on some of the pots, not the healthiest to cook on when that surface is worn. Cape and coast were wonderful to work with ! We hope to return to this property for many more beach vacations.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at Pelican Palms. The home was clean, functional, and beautiful. The ocean was our backyard and we utilized every bit of it. Had a great week at Pelican Palms, it was hard to leave. We had a little snafu as there was a pack n play listed as available but wasn’t there and I guess no longer being offered but Holly with Cape and Coast immediately remedied it for us and delivered one. The property was nice and spacious for 3 families. The pool was perfect for the grandkids and the pictures on the website doesn’t show how close the beach actually is, so convenient being so close. We truly had the beach to ourselves, it was a perfect Covid vacation.

Pelican Palms was just as the pictures show. Beach was very private and quite. Only problem was the sliding door was difficult to open. The handle broke twice. The second repair seemingly fixed the problem. Enjoyed our week away. Somewhere we would visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Palms! There was plenty of room in this home for our vacation with multiple families. The layout made it spacious for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The home was RIGHT on the beach making it convenient to go back and forth. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the bunk room. Cape and Coast was very helpful and efficient with any needs we had whole staying.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Palms. The pictures of the property weren't exact (fence on around pool was not all painted, the furniture at pool was different, and the outdoor shower was not complete), but it was still a beautiful house. Its close proximity to the ocean was great! i would definitely stay here again. Manager's Response: We are sorry that things are a little different after Hurricane Michael. We are still in recovery mode though we have come a long way from the 15' storm surge destruction and 3' of sand that remained around houses and in pools. We will get each house back to the way they looked before, but it will take some time and we appreciate your patience.

This was our 26th stay at a Cape and Coast managed property. Pelican Palms is a beautiful well designed and appointed beachfront home located on Indian Pass. Several family members and friends joined us during our four week stay. They all loved the pool, beach, shelling and the great fishing in front of the house. We frequently watched eagles and dolphins from the decks and enjoyed a fire on the beach several times. The covered parking, and entrance are very convenient, as is the second entrance to the deck. We saw dolphins everyday and the kiddos loved that. The bedroom setups were perfect for our family of 11. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were high quality. The house is very secluded so we pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. I think we only saw two other people all week. The only negatives would be that you couldn't sit out on the balcony at night due to so many mosquitoes and the other being that there were little prickly things that you would get in your feet at times. Hurricane Michael came the week after we was there. My heart goes out to everyone that was affected. I sure hope Pelican Palms didn't have too much damage. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Love this house and we didn't have any problems at all. Perfect weather, the water was so calm and the dolphins were beautiful. The house was very clean when we arrived and our dog enjoyed himself. There are two marshy areas on each side of the house, it was hard to sit outside in the mornings and evenings because of the mosquitos. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great for our family! Awesome layout and no wasted space! We loved having 3 masters and the bunk room for the kids. Very close to the beach which is a must when traveling with small children. Outdoor shower was nice to have to get clean before heading in to the house.

We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. The home is beautiful, well kept, and great location. I have only one suggestion from all the women of the house you had no, not 1 full length mirror. Wouldn't hesitate to come back, but we do like to go to different homes and locations. This location is great if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere, with an awesome beach, house and pool! We had a blast. The house was in immaculate condition, clean, and updated. We had a fantastic vacation staying at Pelican Palms, we were 4 families with children between us and this property fitted our needs perfectly. Thank you for your review of Pelican Palms. We apologize that there are currently temporary shades installed over the windows. Because of the popularity of this house, the installers have not been able to get in for the installation. This was our 19th stay at a Cape & Coast Vacation Rentals property and our first at Pelican Palms. It is a new home with a fantastic layout, great location, superb amenities, pool, outdoor shower, covered parking, and beautiful access to the beach. This house and location was amazing. We had the beach all go ourselves. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed. The only negative things that we experienced were that there were no real blinds in the house. There were some paper blinds but not everywhere we needed them. There is also an issue with one of the bedroom doors. Once those issues are fixed, the house will be perfect. Manager's Response: Thank you for your review of Pelican Palms. We have blinds ready to install, but this house is so popular that we have not had an opening for the installation. But they will be installed by your next visit, so the house will be perfect.
