Rosemary Dunes

Loved the views from living-room, dining area and kitchen. Most bedrooms face the ocean and the views from the decks that walk out from the bedrooms are breathtaking. Perfect house for large group gatherings, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The entire house is well cared for and the lovely decor shows the owners take pride in maintaining the house and grounds. You will love it and at the end of my stay I was so relaxed from walks on the beach and the quiet all around. Great walking/running/bicycling path going both ways up and down the cape. Beautiful clean beaches with lots of shell hunting and nature watching.

The perfect home for our family of 14! It accommodated our family very well.. beach front convenance with private pool was a hit! Large kitchen was well stocked.. Great location on the Cape!

This was our first trip to Cape San Blas. We loved the area and the house was perfect for our group. We also enjoyed the rental company that brought bikes and chairs. Very convenient. The house was clean and we loved the view from the porches.

Great place to stay at the cape. Had everything you need from pots and pans to a blender. Height chair and play pen. Gate to keep the little ones & or dog on the upstairs floor or deck. The second frig was a god’s sent. And the bathroom by the pool was great for the kids. Would highly recommend for families of any age.

This was the perfect location . Right on the beach with a great pool. It needs some updating but you can overlook that as it’s such a perfect house. Plenty of room for all of us. When we had some maintenance issues the management company was efficient and it was taken care of immediately. It was one of the best beach vacations we had as a family .

We just returned from a great visit to Cape San Blas. We very much enjoyed the house and pool. It was a perfect location and had very easy access to the beach. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. The elevator was clutch for elderly parents. Only small complaints are cosmetic to the home. The outdoor light off the main floor deck was only hanging by the wires. The outdoor restroom door and outdoor shower handles were extremely rusty and were often hard to use. Obviously from years of salty water/air but they could use an update. The management company was very quick to respond to a couple of questions pre-trip and luckily we had no issues/reasons to call them during our vacation. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The gulf front views were amazing and you were just steps from a white sandy beach! The pool was a must for us and it was a regular size (unlike some other gulf front homes that tend to have really small pools that are only 3-4 ft deep). There were some minor issues with getting the pool heated but Cape and Coast was wonderful to deal with and dealt with the problem promptly. The decor and seating and bedrooms were all beautiful. The only minor complaint would be there were not enough plates/cups/pots/pans/other kitchen accessories etc... for a 5 bedroom house. We only had 8 people but if we had a few more people it would not have been enough. I am sure that would be an easy fix. Also cape and coast was really great because I left my thermometer there and I could find a replacement when we got back home because of the shortage due to the coronavirus. So they found it and mailed it to me!!

This is my family’s first time to Cape San Blas and let me tell you that we weren’t disappointed! This place is just fantastic with incredible views. Rosemary Dunes is very spacious and more than accommodating for a large family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. Only a few things were out of place upon our arrival. There was a few minor repairs needed. Don’t let this stop you from picking this place for a fabulous vacation. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Best vacation we’ve been on!

Overall the home was spotless; the one criticism would be that the cleaners make sure to go under the furniture. I always look under beds, etc. before leaving in case I drop something. There was lots of dust underneath beds and furniture. Not a huge deal, just a suggestion for the future. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. If you are looking for a quiet place for a family vacation, this is it!

Even when the pool stopped heating, text the office and the pool tech was out in 2 hours and the pool was fully heated in about an hour, great service.

Reviewer Comments: At the last minute decided to get away from the cold and stress of the holidays and contacted Cape and Coast to see if they had a rental for the week of Christmas. As always they were so helpful and accommodating and booked this beautiful home on the beach called Rosemary Dunes. What a wonderful house! Everything was new and beautifully done and the beds were so comfortable, the house was spotless and the beach was amazing! It was so convenient having the elevator as one member of my family is elderly and does not do stairs very well. Nice location just down the street from the park and had some good meals at Coneheads.

At the last minute decided to get away from the cold and stress of the holidays and contacted Cape and Coast to see if they had a rental for the week of Christmas. As always they were so helpful and accommodating and booked this beautiful home on the beach called Rosemary Dunes. What a wonderful house! Everything was new and beautifully done and the beds were so comfortable, the house was spotless and the beach was amazing! It was so convenient having the elevator as one member of my family is elderly and does not do stairs very well. Nice location just down the street from the park and had some good meals at Coneheads.

My mom is 81 and can’t do stairs real well this place is great with the elevator for her. Grandkids love the pool and beach . Furniture in living room was updated and much nicer this year. Only downfall we had was gas grill was really nasty it needed replaced . With lack of restraunts to eat at in area our family grills out meals a lot . So new grill is a real need.

One note to the owners, please add hooks to hang towels and such in the bathrooms. Not a single bathroom has a hook! The kitchen needs to better equipped as well. The selection of pots is very limited, especially for such a large house,which I would think would normally be rented for large groups. Those are my only two complaints, so the house is 99.9% perfect! Beautiful house, beautiful beach, and a very easy walk to the beach. We loved our vacation and very, very likely will rent this house again.

The house is amazing. The view from each floor is a stunning view of the beach. The elevator was wonderful for loading/unloading our stuff. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are spacious, well decorated with very nice furniture. One note to the owners, please add hooks to hang towels and such in the bathrooms. Rosemary Dunes was built for a perfect beach week. All Rooms have spectacular views and bathrooms. The bunk room was perfect for toddlers and the house had 2 baby gates and 2 pack and play yards. Awesome tankless hotwater so everyone showered and we had none stop hot water. WE had a champagne Full Moon party at 4:30 am and watched the moon sink into the gulf. Our family of six had a wonderful week long vacation. With two teenagers and two active boys, the opportunity to unplug and enjoy the beach and each other was even better than anticipated. The house gave us the ability to spread out when needed and then come together for the important moments. The beach and pool access was easy. It is a tankless system and takes a long time to reach the sinks, showers,, etc.
