Four of the five bedrooms are Gulf-front rooms and all four have access to the Gulf-front decks.
Looking for adventure during your stay at Rosemary Dunes? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? That can be arranged for additional fees (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.

Wonderful beach vacation!

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and we throughly enjoyed it! Rosemary dunes was in the perfect location to the store and few restaurants. We loved being right on the beach, just a few steps and we were on the sand. Previous reviews had mentioned a public beach access right next to the property, it was for our street only which consist of 3 other houses and was not an issue for us. The beach access was alongside the pool but there was minimal foot traffic during our stay. The kids loved the pool! The house was very clean and the rental company was very responsive with a few questions we had. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, location is perfect, enjoyed the pool, cooked a lot, beds were very comfortable. Door to deck from living room was tricky, the sliding doors were much nicer. Recommend installing ice machine.

This was the perfect location . Right on the beach with a great pool. It needs some updating but you can overlook that as it’s such a perfect house. Plenty of room for all of us. When we had some maintenance issues the management company was efficient and it was taken care of immediately. It was one of the best beach vacations we had as a family .

Our first time to Cape San Blas....now interested in buying.. The home location was amazing. We wanted breach front, and in only a few steps, you are on the beach. The home was great, clean, and comfortable.
The rental company was top notch. Due to last minute changes, we need to book a second home, and they were accommodating. Looking forward to our next trip to the Cape.

We stayed at Rosemary Dunes with our 2 children and 2 sets of grandparents and it was wonderful. The gulf front views were amazing and you were just steps from a white sandy beach! The pool was a must for us and it was a regular size (unlike some other gulf front homes that tend to have really small pools that are only 3-4 ft deep). There were some minor issues with getting the pool heated but Cape and Coast was wonderful to deal with and dealt with the problem promptly. The decor and seating and bedrooms were all beautiful. The only minor complaint would be there were not enough plates/cups/pots/pans/other kitchen accessories etc... for a 5 bedroom house. We only had 8 people but if we had a few more people it would not have been enough. I am sure that would be an easy fix. Also cape and coast was really great because I left my thermometer there and I could find a replacement when we got back home because of the shortage due to the coronavirus. So they found it and mailed it to me!!

Great experience, love the gulf coast area. Multiple time renter from Cape & Coast, I think they do a great job of following through with renters during stay to adress any issues. Very proud to have been able to return to Gulf Coast area after devastating hurricane last year. Will return again ASAP. House had some minor issues, as expected from surviving an hurricane. We just reported any issues we had to Cape & Coast. Only major issue was lack of garbage receptacles at the home, we had a large group and it piled up pretty fast.

This was our third time in the house and already booked for next summer. The house is exactly as described and ideal for all varieties of families and groups. The elevator ensures easy access throughout the house and the pool captured the kids attention in those volatile pre-dinner hours. The layout of the house prioritizes communal settings but also allows for privacy when desired. Any issues were small (missing plank on porch fence, low inventory of cups and damaged microwave handle) in comparison to the amenities and were quickly resolved by the rental agency.

The entire process of the stay was extremely simple. For the order placement to the last day, could not ask for an easier vacation. Even when the pool stopped heating, text the office and the pool tech was out in 2 hours and the pool was fully heated in about an hour, great service.

What a wonderful experience we had on our family beach retreat to Rosemary Dunes! First of all, the house is simply beautifully decorated-the perfect mix of class and beachy vibe-we wanted to stay forever! The owners have thought of every last detail! The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals in a "gourmet" environment! Each room had it's own special touch...right down to the sweetwelcome bags on our bathroom towels! We had some minor issues with router outages and also low propane which affected the pool heat that we paid for, but they were efficiently resolved-which is a big plus! We hope to return to Rosemary Dunes in the future-thanks for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

At the last minute decided to get away from the cold and stress of the holidays and contacted Cape and Coast to see if they had a rental for the week of Christmas. As always they were so helpful and accommodating and booked this beautiful home on the beach called Rosemary Dunes. What a wonderful house! Everything was new and beautifully done and the beds were so comfortable, the house was spotless and the beach was amazing! It was so convenient having the elevator as one member of my family is elderly and does not do stairs very well. Nice location just down the street from the park and had some good meals at Coneheads.

The house is amazing. The view from each floor is a stunning view of the beach. The elevator was wonderful for loading/unloading our stuff. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are spacious, well decorated with very nice furniture. One note to the owners, please add hooks to hang towels and such in the bathrooms. Not a single bathroom has a hook! The kitchen needs to better equipped as well. The selection of pots is very limited, especially for such a large house,which I would think would normally be rented for large groups. Those are my only two complaints, so the house is 99.9% perfect! Beautiful house, beautiful beach, and a very easy walk to the beach. We loved our vacation and very, very likely will rent this house again.

The house is amazing. The view from each floor is a stunning view of the beach. The elevator was wonderful for loading/unloading our stuff. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are spacious, well decorated with very nice furniture. One note to the owners, please add hooks to hang towels and such in the bathrooms. Not a single bathroom has a hook! The kitchen needs to better equipped as well. The selection of pots is very limited, especially for such a large house,which I would think would normally be rented for large groups. Those are my only two complaints, so the house is 99.9% perfect! Beautiful house, beautiful beach, and a very easy walk to the beach. We loved our vacation and very, very likely will rent this house again.

Our overall stay was very good. The rental staff was great. Very attentive. Our only complaint was with the hot water. It is a tankless system and takes a long time to reach the sinks, showers,, etc.

Our overall stay was very good. The rental staff was great. Very attentive. Our only complaint was with the hot water. It is a tankless system and takes a long time to reach the sinks, showers,, etc.

Family Vacation 2016
Vacation was just what we needed . House provided everything that anyone could need or want. Pool was nice and beach was beautiful. Living room furniture really needs replaced but everything else in house was great.
