The house was beautiful. It had everything we needed and the location was amazing! Elevator was a great luxury for moving bags etc. Management services were excellent and responsive.

Salty kisses was such a great place for my family! The house had everything and more! The kids loved the pool but also loved being so close to the beach! The outdoor TV room was a bonus! The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. It was a great place for big families to share memories! I would love to stay again!

Absolutely loved the set up of the property and the open concept of the lounging area, pool and yard was all together and not separated by any fence or railings but all of it was fenced off as one, to help keep fur babies contained or kids (which no kids with us this trip.) Made it so much easier to keep eye on our furry family members as we relaxed or swam and they could feel they were a part of the action without being separated from us. Didn’t have to worry about our fur babies getting away from us. So happy that they were able to come with us. Hated to bother maintenance a couple times but we had to have them show us how to keep from messin up the elevator and how to get the tv’s to work. Trick to the elevator…slow down and allow about 3-4seconds before opening the door after it stops at your floor and do not keep hitting the call button if it doesnt come to you immediately LoL. We all seemed to be in a hurry most of the time! Very nice elevator I’ll have to say! There were three guys that came to our rescue, I apologize but I can only remember two of their names…shout out to Kevin and Austin and ?? All three of them were just wonderful and nice. The lady that answered any calls we had was just wonderful also. Hope so much to do again next year. We brought out parents for their 57th Anniversary, and the Lord willing, will be able to bring them once again for their 58th! Great stay, great time, great place, you won’t be sorry. The sliding doors are kinda hard to open and shut but keep in mind that the new owners are updating and fixing things up, from what I understand, and I know these things take time so not a prob for us. Two ????up for our review!

This is a great house for a large group or several families. The walk to the beach was super easy, even for the little kids. The pool is perfect for younger kids, big enough for them to swim in but small enough for adults to stand around for n. There are a lot of stairs, but the elevator helps for check-in/out days. All the King size beds are terrible though. If you have any sort of back troubles you should pick a different house. The mattresses are all lumpy, misshapen, and you constantly have springs poking into you. I don’t expect name brand multi thousand dollar mattress at a rental, but these were some of the worst beds I have slept on in a long time. Bottom line: If the beds are given new, half decent mattresses, I would book again. Until then, despite liking everything else about the house, we will look for a different house to rent next time.

Salty Kisses was everything it was advertised to be and then some! The house was beautiful, accommodated our large family wonderfully. The balconies were a favorite spot, we were even lucky enough to see dolphins in the water from our balcony view! Entertainment area outside had plenty of seating both in the sun and under cover. Island is beautiful and peaceful. Elevator in the home was a bonus, having the main living area on the third floor would have made bringing luggage and groceries up a challenge otherwise. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. The only caution I have is if you’re traveling with very young children, there are a lot of steps! Keeping the little ones safe requires attention

Salty Kisses is a beautiful home, with a large open living area, and six large bedrooms, each with a connecting bath. Two of the bathrooms are very elegant and large. This property was everything we hoped for and the kids loved having their own swimming pool. After we reported a hot water heater was not heating water on an entire floor, SGI replaced it that day. SGI Premier was wonderful to work with!

Salty Kisses was a perfect house for our family. It has a large open living/kitchen area, along with 6 very spacious bedrooms, all with a connecting bath. Two bathrooms are very elegant and large. When we reported a hot water heater was not heating water for the bedroom floor, SGI had it replaced that day! They were a very good management company, and will look for one of their houses again!

What a beautiful home! Open floor plan, with very large bedrooms and a bath attached to each one, with 2 being extra large and elegant. When we reported one of the water heaters was not heating, it was replaced the same day! SGI Premier was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this home!

Salty Kisses is what our family needed. This was the very first vacation that our entire family got together. Travis, my son was determined for all of us to be together for a week of fun and to make memories! We did it! With everyone being able to take off at the same time. The family included my Mom, Step Dad, 3 sisters and their family. We enjoyed the beautiful home and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. It was close enough that you could come back to the house for a break. We pitch several tents on the beach ever day and the the sunset was breath taking. We love �� the upstairs where the family gather and ate and visit out on the front balcony. We all had to take turns showering in the master huge shower. Luv the waterfall...Lol.... We especially love the space out under the carport where we grilled and had a low country boil! The bedroom were nice and spacious. We love the big table on the 2nd floor where we played card games and had fun. The elevator was a plus for Mom and my step dad! The pool was a hit when we wanted to relax. The house was big enough that you did not feel cramp and you could go anywhere and have some privacy if you needed to. The kitchen was supplied with all we needed. Yes, we would come back and would recommend this house to our friends. Thanks for the memories we made with our family!
