Golf carts are allowed on Indian Pass Road and the beach. The open concept main level is setup for entertaining, whether it is sandwiches at noon or a full course meal of local fresh seafood at the River Table, hand crafted from a single slab of wood in Costa Rica, there is room for everyone in this spacious area. The entire ground level is open to parking or becomes easy access to your beach toys and adventure gear. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this gulf front vacation home located in Indian Pass accommodates 14.
Looking for adventure during your stay at Sea Forever? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

The Grand Master Suite is designed for relaxation as well as luxury, occupying the entire top floor. A coffee station is in the outer sitting room where you can watch the tide roll in while you watch TV. There is also a private Gulf-front sun deck. The spa-inspired Master Bath includes double vanities and tiled shower.
Pets allowed for an additional fee. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

This is the very best home. I hate to say it because I want to keep it for myself and family. The windows allow you to see everything. Open, great views, plenty of light, even on rainy days. Clean. Beach piece of beach. You just can’t go wrong renting Sea Forever.

An Amazing Vacation Home

Loved the house! Owners did a great job decorating the home. The house was perfect for a family of 11. The kids bunkroom was so cute they loved sleeping there. The views from the house made you feel like you were living on a secluded beach. The screened porch gave the book readers a place to read with ocean breezes blowing in and a perfect place to eat or just have coffee. The beach was amazing; no one else nearby. You had the beach to yourself except for the few people walking by. The layout of the house made it feel very roomy. We would love to stay there every year.

It was wonderful! Absolutely beautiful home. The best part was being right on the beach and basically having the beach to ourselves. There was no one else on the beach. Occasionally we would see someone walking by. Wonderful place to social distance and spend time together as a family. Internet allowed for remote schooling. Our kids loved the shells and playing in the sand.

This is such an amazing house on such an amazing private beach you will feel like you are in heaven! I have stayed at this location many many times through the years and this is such a favorite house. It has recently been redone, updated and all the changes are wonderfully accommodating for the perfect house for a large group or just a getaway for a few close friends or family. The beach is so beautiful and so private, we spent the week without being around any other groups scattered down the beach. The nature is stunning all around you: trees, meadows of sea oats and grass, crabs, birds, dolphins, it's all here! The property management is hands down the greatest to work with. They think of everything and if even the smallest thing goes wrong they are there in a heartbeat! Rent this house! You will love it!

My family and friends visited the gulf for the first time this summer and stayed in sea forever. We thoroughly enjoyed the updated ameneties offered throughout the home . Our children loved the bunk room! The views of the beach were amazing and the PRIVACY is exactly what we wanted! We are the only other group for at least a mile! Parents and children alike enjoyed the daily dolphin sightings and evening sting rays. The water was perfect enough to entertain the five year olds and calm enough for the two year old. We will stay again , hopefully for many summers to come!

Fabulous vacation and a wonderful property. Booking process was smooth. And the house was actually even better than advertised! Location was ideal for us this year. Had to call maintenance for a broken outside water pipe on a Friday afternoon at 4pm, and they had a plumber onsite within an hour to make the repair. Will definitely return to Indian Pass and Sea Forever and would enthusiastically recommend this amazing house to anyone looking for a quiet, laid back week at the beach!

The property description was very accurate. It was clean and well maintained. It has a wonderful layout. The second refrigerator is great. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was great and we loved the location. Private but a short ride to the General Store and a great restaurant, Indian Pass Raw Bar. I would give this house and excellent rating. Our 4 year old grandson said "Best vacation ever!".

We have fallen in love with the Cape/Indian Pass and have vacationed there the past 3 years. This year we decided to stay in less dense area and could not have been happier. Our group of 6 adults and 6 kids had a wonderful time at this property. It was well appointed, very clean, and the beach was amazing! We will choose this property for future stays!! We were at Sea Forever during January, February and half of March and had all the comforts of home and the rental company to take care of little things needed. This house is awesome. It does let you see forever, enjoy sunrises and sunsets, relax inside and outside, and meets the needs of a good cook. All the steps give you a good workout! Cape and Coast was very responsive to any of our inquiries and their staff is friendly and so welcoming. Sea Forever and Cape and Coast get the highest ratings of anywhere we have stayed.

It is like a magical place, extremely comfortable, and we never wanted to leave! I was very pleased with Cape and Coast, every aspect from reservation to check out was easy and professional, the house was immaculate and lots of attention to detail, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely return!
