Sea No Evil is probably one of the best beach homes we have ever rented. It was very clean and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels provided were pristine. I also have to mention that I was shocked that we never saw a single bug inside the home - which is a testament as to how clean and well-cared for the home is. The house was the perfect size for the 7 of us. The property managers at Cape and Coast were extremely easy to connect with, and very responsive. The kitchen was also surprisingly well-stocked with all the necessary cookware, utensils, etc. We were well-informed as to what to expect as far as linens that were provided, and what additional basic supplies that we would need to bring (TP, paper towels, etc.) - which was very helpful. There were plenty of games and puzzles to entertain us on the few rainy days that we had. Overall, this home is one of the top properties we have ever rented, and would highly recommend it.

We had a great time and highly recommend for a large family. The proximity to the beach was great. Being at the pool and enjoying the beach and ocean view was great. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. When we first got there after being in a car for 14 hours, we met LuLu the billdog next store and went swimming in the pool. We even played vollyball in the pool. We all had a great time building sand castles, shell and crab hunting. Also had s'mores and a fire on the beach. The resteraunt we ate at "krazyfish" was a really good meal for our family and the piggly wiggly was a nice place to get groceries from. I think our favorite moments were boogie boarding. It was fun to watch people wipeout and ride some tall waves. Making a MASSIVE sandcastle was great too (if you are the next people you may see it)

This house was beautifully decorated, new, and clean. The elevator made unloading and loading a breeze. The view from the porch and pool area was breathtaking and just a few steps to the beautiful but quiet beach. Close to town and anything you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Sea No Evil is a beautiful BEACHFRONT home and has so many amenities. Love the use of an elevator for luggage and groceries! It has an insanely, well equipped kitchen, very nice rooms and a screened in porch and pool on the main floor level. It's obvious the owners put a lot of thought into their home. Can't say enough about the sunsets. I am a star gazer and at night you can see things in the sky that are amazing! We stayed with friends and we all had a great time. Will definitely be back!

We LOVED our stay here. It was so cleand and ready for our arrival. Very comfortable stay here. The layout of the house worked perfectly for our 2 families. We made some great memories here and are so grateful. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was perfect!

After driving 14-15 hours in a vehicle, we were welcomed with 85-90 degree weather! After settling in we took advantage of the beautiful pool and beach. We did a lot of swimming and ate out here and there. We ALSO got to meet the wonderul owners of this house. We told them of our favorite moments which was swimming at their pool and then heading right out to the beach where we caught crabs at night and during the day the waves were great for boogie boards.

Sea No Evil is the best house we have rented!! So close to the water and you get to see glorious sunrises and sunsets. The house is built for entertaining and relaxation. We loved the screened in porch and the pool. Our family could not get over how comfortable the beds were and how well we slept. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. We usually visit Saint George Island but decided to try a new location. It will be very difficult to find a home that compares to this one. Do not hesitate to rent this house.

Outstanding weather, lows mid 40's, higs low 70s. Our family cooled our jets by enjoying the quite and slow life here. We stuck to ourselves, except when we ate out and just enjoyed reconnecting here. We had a great sunday brunch at the The Owl Cafe (Apalachicola) Indian Pass & Uptown were great too. This house has great sunrise and sunsets, which we throughly enjoyed. If you look from eye level deck rail you can even see the curvature of the earth from here!

Our family vacationed at Sea No Evil in October, 2021 and thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It was well equipped for any need that could occur. We loved having access to the pool for our grandchild. When the red tide prevented us from being on the beach, the pool area overlooking the beach was a lifesaver.

When we made our reservation in February pets were allowed and the house is very pet friendly. We are very responsible pet owns and were very disappointed when we tried to reserve the property for next year that the owner is no longer allowing pets.

This home is so well equipped, family friendly and designed with everyone in mind. We had a great stay, the pool was wonderful and the location to the beach was perfect. The only issue I would say was the house next door is under construction, the sawing and hammering early in the morning interrupted with the morning peaceful coffee time starring out at the ocean. However it was nothing to deter renting this lovely place for the week. My family was impressed and would love to rent again if the time was right. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the luxuries you provided.

My family and I had a great time at Sea No Evil for the week. This home was decorated with such detail, well equipped and accomplished with everyone in mind. The only issue I had was the construction next doors hammering and sawing that interrupted my quiet morning coffee starring out at the waters. However, nothing that would keep me from enjoying our time around the pool. This home is located perfectly at the beach, near town and not far from home(Georgia). This rental was clean, decorated to perfection and correctly presented in VRBO. I appreciate the host family opening up their home to share this lovely place and would love to return some day soon.

It was mostly sunny and 80, so we swam, built sand castles, collected shells, and had so much fun together. We visited Apalachicola (cute town), went to Panama City for the pirate cruise but was cancelled due to a storm :( went to pier point instead. Our favorite thing was teaching our 3yo granddaughter to swim and just spending time together :) We had a great time and highly reccomend for a large family. The proximity to the beach was great. Being at the pool and enjoying the beach and ocean view was great. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.

This house was perfect for us and another family for our week at the beach. The house is wonderfully laid out, and having the pool on the main level is fabulous. This year our children and grandchildren chose Sea No Evil in Port St Joe for our annual beach trip where the beach was our backyard and just a short walk from the house via an adjacent designated path. We had a fantastic week in this beautifully appointed home which included lovely decor, comfy furniture and beds, and even a spacious garage for our vehicles and beach gear. . We especially appreciated the adjustable tempurpedic king size bed in the master bedroom suite We loved the layout of the spacious rooms and especially enjoyed the screened in porches, the gas grill, and the salt water pool which were all adjacent to one another and easily viewed from the kitchen and great room area.. The kitchen was the most well equipped one we’ve experienced to date, which made meal preparation a breeze. There was even a crock pot, an instapot, a small single serve Keurig, a drink/wine cooler, and an ice machine! Should you choose to stay at Sea No Evil, just be aware that it’ actually is a 4 bedroom with 3 full baths and 2 half baths. The bunk room is on the top floor where the master and laundry room are located, so the only full bath on that floor is in the master. There’s a half bath for the bunk room, but our grandchildren, ages 6, 12, 16, and 18 didn’t mind and just showered in the master bathroom or their parents’ room on the main level. Another plus for Sea No Evil was the fact that it has an elevator that accessed all floors, almost a necessity for my husband and me, as we are in our seventy’s. Unfortunately it had a little problem during our stay and wasn’t working for a couple of days, but Cape and Coast quickly arranged service so that we were able to use it when packing up to leave,. For that, we were most grateful, because we had a lot of stuff! We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing week at Sea No Evil, the best beach house ever over the las 18 years!

This property is nothing short of amazing. The listing and photos are accurate but don't tell the true story of this house's peaceful location and well thought out interior. The pool on the main living level is amazing for small children allowing the parents to interact with the rest of the group while still supervising. The kitchen is completely stocked and ready for the chefs among your group. Bring yourselves and be ready to relax! My only negative is that there is not a door on the bunk room. Such a simple thing would reduce the noise level.

This house we stayed in is perfect. Make sure you have the pool heated because the ocean isn’t very warm in early March. The whole house is setup very well. We brought our dog and the fenced in area is really nice.

We needed a relaxing getaway and we found it at this beach house! It’s beautiful, clean, and has great views of the beach. The beach is clean and has tons of huge gorgeous shells. The back patio is amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the sunset every night. The beds are comfortable and the layout is perfect for friends and family! There is lots of great storage and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen is there. Going into town only takes a few minutes if you need anything and everyone is so friendly! We can’t wait to go back to this gem in the summer!

This home is beautifully appointed and comfortable. Just bring your flip flops and beach gear! The kitchen had every item needed for a full Thanksgiving dinner. The screen porch was Family Central! The beds and linens were comfy and moving luggage was a snap with the elevator! We would rate this home a 10☆!

The weather was beautiful! We were very lucky that the storm did not come this way. We loved relaxing at this house and loved sitting by the pool. The neghbors were so welcoming when we first arrived, inviting us to come over and watch the UGA/UF game! We decided to unpack, but was so nice. We mostly ate in this fabulous kitchen! We did jave a great meal at provisions in St.Joe, lunch at Indian Pass Raw Bar - terrific! Lunch at Hole in the wall in Apalachicola. Picked up Grouper and Oysters at 13th Mile. Our favorite moments were the beautiful beaches, sunsets and a beautiful home!

We came from Virginia/Atlanta for spring break, the weather was cool but the pool still felt great. We mostly enjoyed the pool and eating. The dogs and us enjoyed walking on the beach, and playing games. We met some Canadians who were staying next door, friendly people. We only ate at the house. So we could enjoy the pool and dinner around the tables here at the house as much as we could.
