The remodel includes new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout, new interior paint, top to bottom bathroom remodels, Kitchen remodel, 3rd floor remodel with added King Bedroom, new indoor and outdoor furniture, new roof and solar panels, new top deck and so much more!

Looking for adventure during your stay at Seven Seas? Your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the wide-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in Indian Lagoon, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered the day of your arrival.

Two well-behaved dogs, with a max weight limit of 30lbs each, can be arranged for an additional fee. Traveling in the colder months and want pool heat? This can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature and no higher than 86 degrees Fahrenheit). No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
