Bring the whole family to Smileys beach getaway! This beautifully decorated 6 bed room 6 bath has amazing gulf views with easy beach access in the Plantation on St George Island. Beach access boardwalks are to the left and right of the home. About a minute walk along a private street with little to no traffic.

This spacious home is located with in walking distance to Bob Sikes Cut. Relax by the glistening private pool with plenty of furnishings for sunbathing, and during the cooler months pool heat is offered for an additional fee. If shade is what you prefer the under side of the house is covered with plenty of deck space and a picnic table. This space also includes an outside shower and outdoor sink to make life a little easier at the beach. There are 2 Park style grills to cook the daily catch. Smileys beach getaway is a well appointed spacious home when you are ready to retreat from the fun in the sun.

On the first elevated level exceptional amenities include spacious living room space with flat screen tv and DVD/ Blu-ray player as well as a sleeper sofa. A large well stocked kitchen with plenty of dining space, There are two bedrooms also on this level which include a bunk room (twin and full on bottom) and a queen suite. The laundry room is also on this floor. The bed rooms are separated by a door in the living area for extra privacy.

The top floor features 4 large bedrooms; a king master with jet tub double vanity and access to deck with views of the gulf; another large king master with access to south deck with views of the gulf; a king master with access to north deck overlooking private pool and a 4th bed room featuring 3 twin beds with a private bath also with deck access overlooking private pool.

Elevator is available for guest use.

Outdoors provides covered concrete parking, gas grill; fish cleaning station; enclosed shower; 15x33 private pool (heated for a fee); Note: This home does not include the St George Island plantation amenities program, (club house pool, tennis courts and gym).

You will be able to shop for bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered the day of your arrival.

Two well-behaved dogs, can be arranged for an additional fee. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
