Beautiful Location! The porches (including the screened in porch) were lovely. The beach gear was very fun. The deck was nice. Easy access to beach. Loved that the bedrooms had outside/porch access.

There were eight adults and three grandkids and we have plenty of room. The town was small, but not far from major stores. There was hardly any traffic. Perfect place if you want the peace and quiet. The beach was spacious. Plenty of room to throw the football and frisbee. Will definitely be back.

The house was perfect. Beach access right out the back door. The house was well stocked with paper products, small size toiletries were stocked in each bathroom. Beach towels were supplied. Kitchen was fantastic, well stocked and very large. Loved the huge pantry. It was very clean and met all our needs. Will definitely rent in the future.

This beach house was just as described. It was the perfect amount of space for our family. It was us (Mimi and Papa) and our kids and grandkids who stayed. There was something for everyone. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. If you are looking for a slower paced relaxing vacation, this is it.

We had an amazing week at the Southern Belle. It was so relaxing and peaceful. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us we didn’t even have to use the bunk room since there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kids had a great time in the pool. It was nice sitting and watching the sunset while soaking in the hot tub. The beach is beautiful. We saw deer on the beach. The only thing I would suggest is the porch lighting needs replacing. Probably just needs new bulbs. Overall it is an amazing property. We hated to leave. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the security measures around the pool for little children. Love the regulations to protect the turtles. Information about the rental experience was clear. When there was a problem, maintenance came out right away and problem was solved (except the electricity on the ground level.)
The house is beautiful and we would recommend it to all.
Problem with the electricity on the ground level. Could not use the room with the 3 twin beds or that bathroom.
Kitchen pans need to be checked to make sure they are safe - Teflon is peeling off one of the pans and should not be used.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great home for a large crowd.The 6th bedroom is definitely not for a couple or younger kids, sufficient for teens. Cook top had only 2 working burners but the management team let us know prior to arrival and left two double portable counter top burners. Some issues with the hot tub, we had a working hot tub for 3 of the 7 days we were there. After 2 days we discovered the fuse was removed, once reinserted the hot tub worked about 3 days. Then it stopped getting hot and then the jets would not shut off. We rebooted the system as per the electrician, but that didn't work. Now we know why the fuse was removed.The house is gorgeous, immaculately clean, with plenty of room for everyone. The beach was amazing, pristine sand, no crowds and a sandbar not far off the beach. The wrap around decks were awesome. Several mornings we had dolphins right off the beach, lots of pelicans and tons of dragon flies.I highly recommend this home. Now if cell phone service is vital, you will only be able to call out from the upper deck outside the 3rd back bedroom.

We had a toilet that had to be repaired but the management was very responsive. The house needs some new appliances. The stove was broke so we had to use portable burners. The refrigerator did not dispense ice and some door shelves were loose (falling off). Still a great house in a great location!

My family of 12 (8 adults, 3 kids and one baby) stayed at Southern Belle to celebrate our parents' 50th anniversary. The house was big enough for all of us and we enjoyed the beach and pool everyday! The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with kitchen items. We used our voucher for a double kayak, boogie board and 2 life vests. To our delight, they also left beach chairs for the week. The separate apartment was a little musty and the AC made the beds damp. We ended up not using it and my teenage nephew crashed on the sofa bed in the living room. Other than that, it was a wonderful vacation and the only downside was leaving!

Everything with the rental was great, however it would have been nice to have a brush to clean the grill. The best we had to clean the grill was wadded up aluminum foil. Otherwise our stay was wonderful - relaxing, nice quiet area but not far from some great restaurants.

Could use some general maintenance - kitchen fridge leaks, some door knobs are missing locks, kitchen ceiling has some water damage, one of the shower doors broke, something wrong with temp control for the range. Could have been cleaner - shower door tracks were dirty and there was peanut butter all over the kitchen fridge handle. BUT - the location was fantastic and the space was great! Very comfortable for 6 adults and a toddler. Management was responsive when the pool heater hadn't been turned on like it should have been before we got there. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would rent again - the location and space is just that great!

It was roomy and clean and had all of the amenities needed for a perfect beach vacation. The beach is super close and the pool is very nice. We had a couple of minor issues but I would without a doubt recommend this property to others. My wife and I stayed in the master suite which is super nice. The wrap around deck on the second and third levels plus the screened porch were very nice features. Minor issues: 1) One of the showers upstairs did not drain well. Maintenance was out within minutes and removed a hairball from the drain. 2) The battery to the keypad lock to the first level bedroom had to be replaced. Maintenance responded within minutes. The tv remote was missing from that bedroom and they brought a new universal remote immediately. 4) Each morning we had to remove some crabs from the pool. Critters will be critters but a suggestion may be to install a mesh covering over the 2-3 inches exposed on the fence around the pool. 5) The website had a pool photo showing a volleyball net however maintenance said it was not replaced after last year's hurricane. Minor issue, we improvised :). These were all really minor issues and the response was immediate to any of the problems we reported. We visited the Piggly Wiggly in town about 10 miles away for our groceries. We also visited several restaurants that I would highly recommend, food and service were excellent: Sister's Restaurant (breakfast) Dodaddy's Seafood Restaurant Krazyfish Grille. Had ice cream at Shoobie's. In summary - The house and weather were perfect making for a super vacation! Thank you Cape & Coast Vacation Rentals!

Southern Belle was better than the online listing! Beach is amazing. House was wonderfully furnished, property manager was great to deal with from the beginning. Overall we enjoyed the house. The layout of the house was great. There was plenty of room for our family. The location of the house was fabulous. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a toddler and the baby gates, high chair and pack n plays in the house were wonderful to use. There were many beach toys left, which was great. There are some minor updates needed in the house and some outside cleanup around the house but overall we really enjoyed our week at the beach in the house. The company was wonderful to work with and we would absolutely book with them again.

We had 4 senior boys with us and wanted a place where we could have fun, yet not worry about some of the crazy associated with senior spring break. It was the perfect spot. We had daily sightings of eagles and dolphins. The beach was great. We would definitely come back to this area

We found this property (still available) at the very last minute. What a find!!! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and we loved the layout for our four teenage children. Open floor plan very conducive to family time. The heated pool was well worth the small added expense and the hot tub was great for watching the sunset on cool nights. The pet friendly, uncrowded beach was ideal for long walks. Minor issue with pool heat during the week, but the mgmt staff promptly took care of it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Also some of the windows did not have screens and if they opened would not stay open and had to be propped up. All in all, a great property.

The location could not have been better-- the beach was fantastic and we were often the only people in sight. At night the stars are stunningly visible! We cooked in the kitchen most nights but there were a couple of fantastic restaurants very close. Town is only a few minutes drive away, which was very convenient. Overall, we didn't want to leave, and plan to come back again in the future, so we would definitely recommend the property and the management company!
