When you reach the main living level and turn towards the Gulf, you will certainly know that you have found the SWEET LIFE. The views are phenomenal from this new construction Gulf-front home, that also provides a private pool on the Gulf-side and a private boardwalk. With over 2,000 square feet of living space, you will find 2 King rooms and so much more for your family and/or friends get-away. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this gulf front vacation home located in Indian Pass that accommodates 10.
To assist in your adventure at Sweet Life, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? Either one can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

Truly the Sweet Life

What a wonderful beachfront home! We spent two weeks at the Sweet Life, one week with parents and sister (total of 9 in the house) and the next week just myself, husband and two kids (4 in the house). It was the perfect home for our family. All rooms were generous in size, the kitchen had everything you could need and the porches and pool were perfect! Not to mention the view and private direct access to the beach.

Loved the property. The house was clean and all was in working order. Easy access to the beach. It would be challenging to get to the upper floors with luggage for elderly. I also had a hard time getting in touch with the office for issues or questions; however, I would definitely stay there again.

COVID Vacation Retreat

This beautiful home on a relatively isolated stretch of sugar sand beach was a wonderful escape from the stress associated with the unique circumstances of Summer 2020. 15 minutes from Port St. Joe was close enough to go into town to pick up dinner, but far enough for lots of social distancing on the beach. The house had all the amenities you would want, and the pool was a nice alternative after the beach.

We had a beautiful, peaceful vacation at Sweet Life. The home and location were wonderful. This area of the beach is lovely, and we especially enjoyed the private pool. The home itself was well-appointed, spacious, and clean. We have rented through Cape and Coast for several years now and would never rent through anyone else.

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Life. The house is clean and spacious. The beach felt private. The neighborhood is nice and felt quiet as well. The pool was a huge bonus. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home. The grill was great as well. We will definitely be renting again.

This is our 4th visit to the Port St. Joe area, for the past 3 years we have stayed at a Cape & Coast property and wouldnt think of going with anyone else.
