In the living area, you will enjoy an extra-large wine/drink cooler, ice maker and wet bar.

Two King rooms enjoy Lagoon views and private deck access. The Grand King Master features private Gulf-front deck, walk-in closet, Master Bath with double vanities, step-in shower, and water closet. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this gulf front vacation home located in Indian Pass accommodates 14. Located a short distance from the Indian Pass boat ramp, Tarpon Sound provides easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, St. Vincent Island, and Apalachicola Bay. Boat storage is provided near the ramp for a daily nominal fee. Do not have a boat? There are also shuttle excursions available at the boat ramp.

Indian Lagoon is known for its fishing, seasonal oysters, and relaxed atmosphere. St. Vincent Island is an undeveloped barrier island that is also a stop-off area for neo-tropical migratory birds. It is also a haven for endangered and threatened species such as bald eagles, sea turtles, wood storks and gopher tortoises. Tarpon Sound is also just minutes away from the world-famous Indian Pass Raw Bar. This community is golf cart friendly.

To assist in your adventure at Tarpon Sound, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Bringing a pet? That can be arranged for an additional fee. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
