The house was amazing! Beds were very comfortable. We loved the grilling area, pool chiller, beautiful beach & bicycles. Great area to ride. The only issue was the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. That is if you are like our group and love cooking in a few evenings.. Would be perfect for a large group to rent all 3 of the homes that are next to each other. Just bring extra cooking & prep items from home. Thanks for the awesome private location & rental.

The house is exactly as pictured. We loved the beach access and the pool being right out the door. The pool heater does not work which we did not know until after I paid for it. I am awaiting a refund. It is 4 floors with an elevator so it was nice to have an option of stairs or elevator. The house could have definitely been cleaner and better equipped with some plastic storage containers, as we cooked at home and had no way to store leftovers. It is one of the few places where you can see both the sunrise and the sunset due to where it is located, and both were amazing. The driveway is a bit steep and many spun tires trying to get back up it! Overall, it was a great place to stay!

This was a great place for our family fall break vacation. The four ocean front king suites were perfect for the adults and two bunk rooms for our kids. The heated pool and hot tub were ideal for those cooler rainy days while the private boardwalk led straight to the beach on warm days.

We really like all three houses (Sandpiper, Seahorse and Starfish). This was our second stay :)

I would recommend Cape And Coast rental company to anyone! We stayed at Seahorse and Starfish on Indian Pass for my sisters wedding and the homes were spectacular! Even having a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane we were able to enjoy our week. Any issue we had, the rental company fixed expeditiously! Upon return from our evacuation they prioritized turning on the power and water for our rentals so we could have my sisters wedding. I would stay with them over and over! They also think of everything offering to have dinner waiting for you in arrival (for a fee of course but I Love the option!) And they give you a credit for beach gear which got a lot of use as we rented a kayak! Love love this place, beach, pool and rental company!

This house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, views were amazing and it was located in the perfect, remote location! My family and I rented this house, along with the one next door (Seahorse) and had an amazing week!! We had a couple missing items and it took us awhile to figure out the elevator but Cape & Coast was very responsive & helpful anytime we needed anything. We were there during the threat of Hurricane Idalia and did have to evacuate as a precaution but again, Cape & Coast helped us return sooner than expected so that we could continue with our wedding plans that were planned for Wednesday (hurricane day). We moved the wedding to Thursday, had the ceremony out the back door on the beach and everything worked out, it was gorgeous!! We would definitely return to this rental!! Thank you C&C!!

Great new home with an amazing view. Listen to the waves break from one of three balconies or an amazing pool. Chill beach with few people.
