The location was perfect! Having the beach, the pool, the hot tub & the fire pit right at our doorstep was wonderful!the living space has a cool vibe and it is so spacious! The kitchen was well appointed and lacking nothing. Everyone having their own bathroom was a treat! Team super responsive! Wish y’all could have one something about all the rain 🤪, but despite the weather, we had a blast!

A great property for family of all ages. Beach right out the door. Pool perfect for those days the beach isn’t cooperating. Amenities include out door shower, foot wash. Kitchen stocked. Bathrooms for every room. An absolute “jewel” of a find on this laid back, low key but exploitable island.

Location, location, location! Pool! Proximity to beach! House was perfect for our group of 12. Plenty of room to hang out, watch tv, eat and sleep.

Around 3 hours before check in, Cape and Coast called and let us know we had a maintenance issue in the home we booked and needed to change houses last minute. Of course, our family started to worry because we had this planned for months, but Christina was WONDERFUL! She walked us through the process of finding a new home and made the process so smooth! I work in the hotel/hospitality industry, so I know the feeling of calling a guest with this news, but Christina couldn't have been more wonderful and kind. We had an amazing upgrade and couldn't have been more blessed with this "hiccup" after a tough first vacay without our sweet mom who just passed from cancer a few months ago. SGI was her favorite place in the world, and being in a beachfront home was always a dream of hers. THANK YOU! You have no idea how special this trip was for our family.

Unfortunately, we had to evacuate after just 2 nights due to a hurricane. We were able to return later the next day when the evacuation mandates were lifted. Everyone that I talked to at the management company was very nice and as helpful as they could be. The house is gorgeous and I love how close it is to the beach. The pool was very nice also. We had a large group and we all enjoyed our stay very much!!

Everyone in our large family gathering had a wonderful time! This is our second year of renting this property. The lay out of the house is nice and the rooms are quiet and private. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, plates, mugs and storage containers. It made cooking large meals a pleasure. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Wonderful stay at the beach. House is right on the beach, beautifully decorated and super comfy. Every room has private bath, huge kitchen, plenty of room for everyone. Host was great. Will definitely be back!

All was great except… We never got a broom from housekeeping so we bought one in the town over at Ace. Place was amazing, we loved it!!!

We spent a week at this beautiful home and we had such a wonderful time. We are a group of five couples all over 60. College buddies and wives. This home was absolutely gorgeous. Early mornings enjoying coffee relaxing on the porch. The beach is literally just steps away. Many hours spent drinking margaritas on the beach, lots of laughs and catching up on each others lives. In the evenings we drank wine around the fire pit amid a full moon much of that week. It was spectacular. The large dining table was a big plus for us as we all love to cook. Loved that most of the beds were king size and we all had our own private bathrooms. We were regulars at Paddy's Raw Bar. Lots and lots of cute and fun shops in nearby Apalachicola. The guys booked a half day fishing and all caught a variety of fish. We celebrated a 70th birthday and a 43rd wedding anniversary. We have all gathered together once a year for the last ten years in different parts of the country and we all agreed this was one of our best stays thus far. We highly recommend this lovely home.

We were all in town for a family wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with the house, location and the views!! Dolphins and beautiful sunsets every day! Such a beautiful place. The kids enjoyed endless hours in the pool and the closeness to the beach couldn’t be beat. The house met all of our expectations and more. Everyone was very comfortable. Thank you!

We stayed for a week with 17 people. The house is big enough for everyone to spread out. It was equipped with pretty much all we needed. The inside of this house looks like it should be in a magazine. The finishes are gorgeous and very high end. We did buy some blankets because the weather was stormy and chilly and there were no extra blankets. The pros are: spacious bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. Grocery stores are close. Neighbors are not. The cons are: 2 hours from the closest airport in PCB. That makes for a long drive when people are arriving and leaving on different days. The pillows in the house need replacing. They were all awful. Bring lots of bug spray. There are no screens on the windows and the bugs and no see-ums are everywhere. Don’t rent boogie boards from the rental place. The pool has two. I would definitely rent this house again. We had an amazing time!

Property was beautiful - Perfect location and had everything we needed. Sunrise’s were amazing and the beach was right outside our door. My grandson said “ This is Paradise”.

This home is beautiful and is accurately depicted in the ad. It is actually closer to the water than the pictures show and the beach was easy to access. The beds were very comfortable and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. The management company is outstanding and is very customer oriented. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4 Palms. The property was clean, well kept and maybe, maybe 60 steps to the beach. The management company was very accommodating. Doesn’t get much better.

House was very accommodating and spacious. Room for everyone. Porch sitting and ocean viewing was perfect. Private beach more than a plus! Private pool made hot afternoons better. The hot tub made breezy night a perfect ending to a busy day on the beach. Everything being recently renovated the house was clean and up to date on style, a modern but stylish beachy look.

The house has a good setup. It is very comfortable for 2 families and could possibly support 3. There was a power outage that killed the wifi but management had them out the next day to fix it. The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well. They do also supply beach towels which is nice. There are no beach toys so just bring some if you have kiddos. Overall great house. Only real negative is that the cancellation policy is very during these crazy times.
