We love staying at this house! We are very grateful that the homeowners let us bring our two fur-children. The house is well stocked, and the screened-in porch is great for watching the bay. Great location for walking the dogs to the public beach, friendly neighbors, and great fishing. The guest cottage is nice for guests also. We LOVED the fact that James from the maintenance crew was immediately dispatched to the house when we found that the A/C in the cottage was not working, right after we had arrived. Christmas Fun on Forgotten Coast
Beautiful spotless and nicely furnished house in great neighborhood. WiFi very weak in main house, non existent in mother-in-law suite. Poor lighting in back of house making it difficult to use grill after dark and making it unsafe to use stairs in back of house after dark. Kitchen has everything even a gourmet chef would need. Extra Downstairs frig was bonus. Wish the amenity list was more accurate so we didn’t bring bulky items such as beach wagon that was already at rental house. Great home for a large family vacation
House and description were on point! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or be together. House was equipped with all the necessary items, never thought “I wish the house had this…” The elevator came in handy as one of our family members was in a serious accident prior to the vacation. There is quite a bit of construction in the private gated community; it wasn’t noisy but took away from the beauty of the area. House could use some more detailed cleaning/refresh (ceiling lights dusted, lightbulbs replaced, weeding around the house and back patios). Community pool is very small and deepest area was 4 foot, it wasn’t busy and worked for us when we needed a change from the beach. Public gulf beaches are a short drive away - 10 min to Mexico Beach or 30 min to Cape San Blas. House had a beautiful view of the bay and we took advantage of it - lots of fishing and paddle boarding just out the back door.Lisa - Posted: 8/23/2022

Perfect week
This was our second time at Baydream and it was another perfect week. The house accommodated 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 little ones, along with a fur baby, with room to spare. Super clean and location is fantastic. Plenty of kitchen supplies and small appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and full-time residents are friendly. Walking trail that ends close to the pool was great. The hot tub was used everyday and was nice to have when bay waters were rough or chilly. Truly a Dream
This house exceeded all expectations! Our family of 7 visited the gulf coast for the very first time on a lark for Christmas. We didn’t know what to expect, but were open to a new experience. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we had to be dragged out, we felt comfortable and at home. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe how wonderful this house is - to its cozy bedding, its well-appointed kitchen, or to its priceless views - this house has everything. We wanted to move in permanently. Being able to kayak for a sunset paddle or fish from the dock at sunset was amazing. No detail was left undone. The water wasn't as clear as we had hoped it would be, but there had been a LOT of rain prior to our visit and with the fresh water feeding in, it was murky, but we still enjoyed it (even Mexico Beach gulf water wasn't the usual). Beautiful home with a gorgeous view
Baydream was exactly as advertised. Our rental was very clean, nicely decorated, and also included many extras (firewood for the fire pit, board games, ping pong table and corn hole boards). It was very spacious and accommodated our family quite nicely. The management team responded and resolved any questions/concerns that we had immediately. Great Vacation Getaway

Beautiful home
Such a great experience! Baydream was exactly as described! Extremely clean, beautifully furnished with a lot of extras (ping pong table, corn hole boards, firewood for the fire pit, etc). The property management team is phenomenal as well. They responded quickly and were very professional. Perfect location! Perfect House….will rent it again
First I would like to say the house was excellent. There was a couple of things that had to be worked out, but Holly took care of everything. Staying on the bay was actually great! The pool at Windmark was clean, and NO ONE was there, which made it fun too. On the other hand, the grounds needed alot of attention, but we did come right after Hurricane Sally. And we had some maintenance issues but Holly got those corrected. I cleaned the floors. Dog hair was all over and we didn't have a dog and the floors were DIRTY. You might want someone to check the side of the house where the AC unit is the contractors working on the house next door told us a swarm of BEES were were making a hole in the side. Baydream was an ideal bay front house. There was plenty room for 11 people. The ease of putting the paddle boards and kayak in the water was great.
