This has been the overall favorite house in the many years we have been coming to the Cape. As with most houses here it could use some minor repairs however everything was workable for us.

We love the slow pace and natural beauty all around. It’s truly as advertised- Old Florida. The restaurants in Port St Joe have a nice selection and the Piggly Wiggky is well stocked.
The beach house was perfect for our families needs and nicely appointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best family vacation and the house was perfect! Clean and lots of room for all of us including 7 grandkids. My only suggestion would be to restock with kitchen with more utensils and maybe a few more mixing bowls and a pitcher for tea or lemonade. Lots of room and the bedrooms were all perfect!

We loved having the screened in porch. We enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to go back. We hope to get this same house as it was perfect for our family. We had two BR fans that were inoperable, along with the kitchen stove exhaust,turned in to maintenance on first day.. but never repaired on our visit. The refrig door shelves and freezer shelves were missing which made it tough to store all our food. Overall a beautiful house and location. Screened in porch was very nice. Would definitely return and recommend this property!

Only 1 set of stairs down for all the houses on Clifton.

Just a few things we felt should’ve been in better shape for the price of the rental but gulf location was great. There was a section of screen missing on screened in porch so mosquitoes got in. The outside wasn’t cleaned after prior renters. There were cigarette butts on the screened in porch and beer cans under the steps. Other trash laying around property that we cleaned up. No major issues just small things that the cleaning company should be doing and that the rental company should be making sure happens especially in a pandemic.

Nice, clean house right on the gulf! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach in this lovely house. Other than a couple of broken things like a front porch chair and outside the window, the house was perfect! We definitely recommend? this place!!

This house sits right on the beach and had marvelous views. Especially of sunset. My family of 13 had plenty of room and were very comfortable all week.

The house had ample room for all of us and we enjoyed the large kitchen. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We have been to the Destin area for 20 years and finally desired to move on and avoid the large crowds. This area and beaches were fantastic, quaint and ideal for our sense of adventure. On our last night, we had a sea turtle appear out of the mysterious ocean and build a nest 30 yards from our beach front home. It was a wonderful experience.

The “grands” and their parents enjoyed the beautiful beach and clear gulf waters. The house was very clean and bed linens and towels were of good quality. Thank you for the complimentary bath samples and the prompt response to my inquiry about the baby highchair and crib. Y’all helped make our stay even more pleasant! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property description was accurate. Spacious, comfortable house and great location across from market and shops. House was generally clean and well-maintained. A few maintenance issues popped up (broken patio chairs upon arrival, AC went out upstairs, smoke alarm low battery beeping, sewage system alarm outside sounding, clogged drain in shower). Little bit of a sewage smell when walking close to the outdoor shower some days, not overpowering. Management was polite and quick to respond, handling most of them (sewage alarm never silenced, cleaned shower drain ourselves- didn't report this to them I don't think) unobtrusively when we reported them. Especially most important one- the AC! :) These things can happen anywhere, and other than having to sleep downstairs one night, didn't really damper our fun. Lots of wildlife. On the last night, we saw a Loggerhead Turtle lay it's eggs under supervision of volunteer conservationists. After a light rain, saw a sting ray leap completely out of the water about a quarter mile out while kayaking. Lots of dolphins, crabs, fish. Pool and "hot tub" were fine, though the pool was warmer than the hot tub. Didn't use either of them much. Provisions restaurant and Joe Mama's pizza in PSJ were great. Had a lot of fun riding with Rockin' M Ranch folks again this time. Very competent and so friendly and horses are obviously well-cared for. Rental gear credit was helpful and issue-free. Overall, a great stay. Thankfully, the house is much closer to the beach than a lot of others on the Cape or Pass. Beach is till plenty deep for hanging out and activities. Not crowded at all, unlike 30A. Would recommend for

We noticed several changes from the previous rental company. The rental process was easy and convenient. The property is located in a great area. Overall we love coming to Cape San Blas and will return.
