The house was so nice and location to beach was good. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Really pretty!

First off, it was amazing staying in a new house. That was a first for us. Everyone LOVED the 3 king suites and the kids were right at home in the cool queen-over-queen bunk beds room. The walk to the beach was very short, but lots of stairs - sort of a pain for hauling beach equipment and might be tougher for elderly folks. It was a great house for families. The beds, couches, etc. were very comfortable and the TVs were loaded with everything you could want. The pool was very nice and a good size. We did make it more user-friendly by stretching our very large Neso beach sail over the pool to shade half of it. Loved the hoses at every door - nice to get a final sandy feet wash off before entering the house. The house was very well appointed. We really lacked for nothing. The kitchen was outfitted with the best cookware, mixing/serving bowls and dishes/glassware than any other place we've ever stayed. The ice maker in the laundry room was very handy to fill our coolers. The bathrooms and kitchen were amazing! Also couldn't beat the location so close to the state park. My daughters enjoyed hiking the trails into the park and we had a couple of awesome bay days in the park as well. As usual Cape and Coast was a pleasure to work with. We would love to stay in this house again and highly recommend Our Tern!

Great location down by the State Park, easy access to the beach. Very nice house, The Queen bunks were a big hit with the Girls!

The home was in top notch condition. All the beds and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The location of the house to the beach is literally steps. You can see and hear the ocean from the decks. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have ever seen. We would definitely stay here again. Love.

We loved everything about our stay at Our Tern beach house. It was beautifully decorated. The owners thought of everything from the layout of the home to all the extras. The extra ice machine was a great bonus along the the wine cooler. We don't drink wine but was perfect for our bottled waters, sodas, etc. The outside bathroom and shower was such a smart idea, for coming back from the beach or a day at the pool. We loved all the outside living areas and that each had great seating and hoses to rinse off. They even had everything for our furry family members. They even had laundry bags in every room to help haul clothes to laundry room. Games, floats, corn hole gosh i cant even think of any detail they didn't think of. I could go on and on about this property. Thanks for making our 2024 family vacation a great memory.

This is a really nice house with a beautiful family room/kitchen area. The laundry room was really convenient. Having hampers for each room was a helpful touch. Kitchen had all of the utensils and cookware needed for big meals. The experience was really good.

We had a wonderful vacation, in spite of hurricane Idalia. We had to leave for a few days but we were so grateful it missed the Island and we were able to return. It wasn't as remote as I thought it would be and the restaurants were great. We can't wait to return!

The Cape is our favorite vacation spot and Our Tern is our new favorite house. *Home is very new so everything still in great shape. It’s not an over the top fancy place but also not builders grade and everything functioned properly. * Four, well laid out bedrooms with primary master on top floor along with kitchen and living room. Other 3 bedrooms on second floor also very spacious. No one felt like they were getting the “guest” room. *Kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. Think this is first place I’ve stayed where I didn’t need to purchase an item as there always seems to be something missing (pot holders, cookie sheet, pizza cutter, etc). Only brought the typical supplies like paper towels, trash bags etc. *Nice bathrooms and sufficient amount of towels but you may need more if a large group is staying. *LOVED the pool. Great size and clean (minus a few frogs who got scooped up in the filter). *Two easy access points to the beach, one that is slightly longer of a walk but does not have steep steps. This might be a better option for anyone who has difficulty with steps or when transporting supplies. Nice decks on both floors. *Area of the beach was perfect. Wide and not crowded, close to the state park. We even walked down the beach to the State Park one day to enjoy the bay. *The staff at Cape and Coast were very responsive. The elevator needed a reset on our last day and they had someone out within 20 mins to take care of the problem. Would definitely stay here again.
