- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental. Choose from bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. Your gear will be delivered directly to the home prior to arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum occupancy or require supervision are not permitted.
