Piper's Pointe

We had a wonderful stay at Piper’s Pointe in Indian Pass. It was absolutely perfect for our families - spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better for relaxing and spending quality time together. The weather was great during our stay, and we enjoyed every moment, from morning coffee on the porch, to fun afternoons on the beach, to evening walks on the beach. We truly had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back.

Perfect location and right next to the beach. It has all the amenities you need for an amazing beach trip. Every day we took advantage of the beach chairs & corn hole. Made some very good memories while there. I would definitely stay at this location in the future and recommend it to others.

We had a great time staying at Pipers Point over the long holiday weekend. The private beach was perfect if you’re someone looking for a quiet peaceful getaway. I couldn’t ask for a better location either. We were only minutes away from restaurants and a general store with everything else 10-15 minutes away. I’d highly recommend to any other guests looking for a quiet, private, and fun experience without any hassle!

5 friends and I spent a few days here and it was great! The property is in a good location, close to town but never any traffic at the house. The neighbors were friendly, and talked to us while we hung out by the fire pit. Beach access is convenient, especially thanks to the short board walk out to the sand. Both the living room and dining table are comfortable for 6 people and the kitchen was well equipped too. Everyone had plenty of space and room for luggage in the bedrooms. Overall this is one of the nicest and most comfortable rentals I’ve ever stayed at and I cannot wait to go back.

The house was great as was the property. Pictures were accurate except I believe I saw a video game of some kind in one of the pictures, but was not in the house. Bottom level had garage with a picnic table, outdoor shower, grill & it opens to the pool or the boardwalk that goes to the beach. Fire pit area was very clean & enough wood for more than one fire was available in the storage room. Would be nice if one of the master suites was on the 2nd level for us old folks, but we made do with the queen bedroom that had a bath next to it. We would stay here again if in the area. Decks very comfortably & amply furnished, living room comfortable & amply furnished. Walk down the short, private boardwalk & you are on the beach with the neighbors being several feet away. Plenty of parking for at least 4 vehicles. Do not expect to find anything like salt, pepper, etc--plan on bringing or buying EVERYTHING except for the very small starter sets. Also, cleaning staff had made no effort to organize the kitchen utensils---open a door & stuff falls out. Once again, we would stay here again if in the area.

Cape and Coast staff

This place has an absolutely gorgeous view of the beach. During our stay, the beach was secluded due to the nature of the beach--there's a bay cutting through that won't allow beachgoers from the right side, which cuts down on traffic and noise. The house itself was large enough to comfortably fit 3 couples and four individuals (a couple more if needed). Decor and kitchen were up to date and pleasant. There's a large dining area that can easily accommodate everyone in the house. We spent most of our time on the comfortably furnished deck, which had a great view of the ocean. But the best part about it was the location--a 30 second walk to an essentially private beach. Would love to stay again in the future.

This location is ideal if you're looking for that quiet, non touristy, family time! Ocean just out the front, pool time whenever you want and room for the entire family! We were a family of all adults and each had their own room/space!!!! Relaxing is the word of the week!

We absolutely loved the house, gorgeous setting very quiet! Definitely would stay again...highly recommend. Only thing you need is to supply a few more things, more toilet paper, tissues, paper towels...etc. Also have cleaning staff check all lighting and small things you wouldn't think of but some lights didn't work and ceiling fan in living room was acting up, that way they could stay on top of it before next group arrives. Overall place was wonderful for vacation! Thank you again.

Home was perfect spot for a girl’s trip! This home has plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and quiet beach. Even though we had rain a couple days, we binged watched some Netflix, had drinks, laughs, and enjoyed our time together!

The house and pool was wonderful. It's a great town and nice people. We were a little taken back by the exterior lawn care/weeds and lack of maintenance. However it was a GREAT place and protected us through Tropical Storm Fred. We made some great memories.

The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but it was still a hit with our family! We paid extra for pool heat and were able to enjoy it every day and most evenings. We spent hours waking the beach seeing very few people. Those we did encounter were very friendly. We traveled to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, which has a beautiful beach as well. We also drove to Panama City and rented a pontoon boat for part of a day. It was wonderful being able to cook most meals in the house, and carry out a few meals from local restaurants. We all agree that this vacation was a salve to our weary souls in this strange year. We will be back!

Our family was delighted with Piper Pointe. It was everything I wanted in a home rental. Clean , and the pool was clean also. The only suggestion I have is that they put strips on the bottom of the bathtub cause it was very slippery. Also maybe a free standing pantry to put all your goodies in. I would highly recommend this home to rent. The view of the ocean from the deck was terrific. I could watch my grandchildren on the beach. Being dog friendly is a plus. Plenty of space to hold all our children and their families. Very private location. The covered deck overlooking the water was our favorite gathering spot. The only issue we had was the bugs at night...bring plenty of bug spray!! We saw tons of wildlife from the alligator in the canal behind the house to dolphins right out front. Our son in laws and grandchildren caught plenty of fish on the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants within 15-20 minutes. We loved the $250 credit of beach gear that came with the home. We would definitely rent this home again!!

Thank you for your review and we are so glad you had a relaxing time. The black screen around the pool is not there because of construction, it is to hold down the sand from blowing in. During our last hurricane, the salt water killed all the vegetation and nothing is there to stop the blowing sand. So the owners installed that material so the pool would stay cleaner during your stay.

First...Cape and Coast was awesome to work with! Jordan H. was quick to respond with any and all questions we had about the home and area!  Definitely recommend them and plan to rent from them again in future! Second...This direct gulf front home was a dream! We had 6 adults + 4 young kids (two 7yo and two 4yos) and it worked out great! Indoors: Kids loved the bunk room! The beds are comfy!   4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms worked wonders for 3 couples and the kids! The kitchen is FULLY equipped to prepare any meal!  Outdoor gas grill was a bonus. The ONLY, ONLY downfall we could find with this home was the lack of a 2nd refrigerator and pantry area.   With 6 adults and 4 smaller kids, we planned to cook the majority of our meals/brought 98% of food with us since we drove.  We made it work by moving the pots/pans/dishes/etc around in cabinets to clear space for food items! Then we just stacked our beverages along wall behind kitchen table and used coolers to keep drinks cold.  Plenty of seating at dining table along with the pull up benches at counter! Outdoors...Outdoor porches overlooked the gulf! Watched dolphins while drinking my morning coffee! Extra dining table & seating on porch! The private pool was perfect size for our kids.  Another 2 tables under house near pool to eat at. This worked great with our kids nonstop swimming! The beach was amazing! Just steps away from the pool and your toes are in the sand! SHELLS everywhere for those who like to shell hunt!  Due to no hotels/no huge condos in the area, it felt like you had your own private beach!  Highly recommend this home and Cape & Coast! My heart has found a new love for the Forgotten Coast!

It is wonderful to be in the swimming pool and still be able to enjoy the view. The house was pristine, being brand new. The furnishings are comfortable (except that the beds are very high off the floor; I am 5”1’ and my 6’3” husband got a kick out of watching me get in and out of the bed. I finally found a step stool by the washer/dryer). The outside furniture on the decks and by the pool, though very attractive, were quite uncomfortable for us. That was no big deal as we just used our travel chairs, instead. The plantings were beautiful. It looks as though construction has begun between this house and the bayou, so rent now while it still has this stunning view. This is our second experience renting through Cape & Coast and their service is outstanding.

Piper's Pointe is an beautiful home and was perfect for our family vacation. The home was beautifully maintained and a short walk to the beach. We saw dolphins from out balcony's and enjoyed seeing the crabs digging in the sand. It's a great location to Cape Sane Blas and Port St. Joe restaurants and stores. It's the last house on the road and privacy was very nice. The outside area with the pool and shower were amazing amenities as well. Working with Cape & Coast Vacation Rentals was an amazing experience as well. They were prompt with any questions we had regarding the home.
