We loved Rest Assured The amenities and location were perfect. The kitchen was well-stocked. Our only complaint was a weird odor in the house esp as you went up each floor - something sour or cat urine-ish We would stay here again

There were 18 of us, several families with kiddos ranging from 1-25. The house was set up perfectly-the only think better would have been if the sofa in the living area of the 3rd story was a real bed, but they made it work. The pool was perfect size, and the walk to beach was a short and easy one! There were some issued with the home while we were there, but managing company was prompt with repairs. This was our first time on St. George Island, and the only thing we might do differently next time, is either stay closer to the entrance of the subdivision, or on the other side of the island near the State Park. We didnt like being so far in the neighborhood with the curvy roads-not a huge deal at all, just a minor preference. The drive from the gate to our house was longer than the gate to town. I was very impressed with this property management company. The house had limited things in kitchen, which is the norm, I guess we've just been spoiled in the past with spices and extra cooking supplies. Overall 10/10!

Loved the beauty of SGI--cleanliness of the home--C & C answering all concerns and questions before and during our stay--the promptness of maintenance when the elevator had problems and the friendliness of the person who fixed the problem. This was our 4th trip to SGI. We had 11 adults and two small children. Beautiful home! Very happy with our stay. For those traveling with infants, two of the bedroom closets are spacious enough for a pack and play. Wonderful surprise to find that one of the bunk rooms had been changed to another king bed which suited our needs perfectly but was different than the details contained in the property’s description. The additional downstairs refrigerator was perfect for storing all our drinks and provided easy access for packing a cooler. The beds are firm so you might want to take a foam topper if you prefer a softer bed. The house is nicely appointed and had almost everything we needed but glad I knew to take dish towels and dish rags as none were provided (which is typical with the rentals we have experienced). The pool is beautiful and served our needs well with two small children. Each floor has its own a/c unit and thermostat. We had one glitch: the top level a/c compressor went out on the 2nd day. The leasing company was responsive and brought free-standing a/c units for the upstairs bedroom. The a/c remained inoperable until the 6th day of our rental which rendered the top floor game room unusable for us. We received a partial refund which we felt was appropriate for the inconvenience. Highly recommend this property and SGI. Can’t wait to return and hopefully rent this house again!

We have been coming to SGI for over 20 years. Our tastes have changed over time just like the island has changed a bit over time. We've stayed center island, down near the park at Sunset beach, and all over the Plantation. This is our 5th time at Rest Assured and we will continue to stay when we are vacationing with extended family. We love the layout, mornings are so relaxed and we enjoy cooking breakfast while kids and parents come and go. Plenty of space to sit, eat, play, relax... Still lots of privacy in sleeping quarters. One thing we do since the stairwell and halls are tile (which is smart, so much sand comes in when you are at the beach all day and the kids are constantly in and out) is a white noise machine in the main bedroom floor overnight. Helps kiddos sleep when going to bed early and the adults and older kids are still up. Cheers!

Rest Assured is a great vacation spot for a single family or several families. It has a nice pool with jacuzzi, the kitchen has everything just about anyone would need, as well as comfortable bedding and other furnishings. It is a very comfortable home and we enjoyed it thoroughly during our week stay. The gameroom upstairs was very popular with the kids. The location right on the beach with a convenient boardwalk to the sand is a big plus. It's a nice walk down to Bob Sikes Cut. The only potential drawback to this home is that it does not have high-speed internet access.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL WEEK, THE HOUSE MEET ALL OF OUR NEEDS. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE GREAT SERVICE, THE ICE MAKER IN THE PLAYROOM WAS BROKEN AND COULD NOT BE FIXED, I WAS BROUGHT 2 BAGS OF ICE EVERYDAY. EVERYONE ENJOYED THE POOL,ESPECIALLY MY GRANDCHILDREN. THIS WILL BE SOMEWHERE WE WILL CONSIDER RETURNING TO IN THE FUTURE.

The staff at Rvpsgi are very friendly and accommodating. The house was beautiful, probably the best we (extended family of 10) have rented in the 5 years we've vacationed as a group. King beds were very comfortable, the lower bunks, not as comfy and very squeaky. The Tv's were not good. Very few channels came in and those that did had a terrible picture. Maybe this could've been corrected if reported, but we never thought about it until the late evening. My only real negative was the location of the home. It's about as far West on the Island as you can go; almost 20 minutes from the Plantation entrance gate to the home. If this is something that you don't mind, the house is fantastic. I really loved the house, furnishings, floor plan, amenities, location relevent to the sand and water. But sadly since it's so much more inconvenient to groceries, restaurants than other homes on the island, we likely won't stay here again. *
