The house boasts two dishwashers and refrigerators, ensuring convenience for large gatherings. A restaurant-style ice machine adds a touch of elegance to your culinary experience.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of coastal living with an enclosed outdoor shower and an outside half bathroom, allowing you to savor the sea breeze. The interior is designed for both functionality and style, featuring a breakfast nook, a spacious dining table, and a kitchen island bar – ideal for communal meals and delightful conversations.

On this level, a king suite offers a tranquil retreat, complemented by a convenient half bath. The open-space living room invites relaxation, along with one queen sleeper sofa for dreams to unfold, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. Whether you're lounging in the sunlit interiors or enjoying a meal on the patio, experience the epitome of beachfront living on St. George Island – your haven of relaxation and recreation awaits!

On the second floor—a haven of uniquely captivating bedrooms. A king bedroom and bunk bedroom share a Jack-and-Jill bath. Meanwhile, two beachfront king suites, each with a private bath and deck access, provide a realm of privacy and serenity.

On the third floor, accessible by either elevator or stairs. A spacious living area is flanked by a game room, with an additional  sleeper sofa and a kitchenette—a sanctuary for contemplation and play. The game room, equipped with a video game console, foosball table, and pool table, offers a trifecta of entertainment. A king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa complete the narrative, delivering an encore of elegance and comfort.

To assist in your adventure at Rest Assured, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Pets are allowed by request ONLY, limit 2 pets per reservation.

Want pool heat? This can be arranged for additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or groups that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
