Beautiful views, house is nicely laid out. White sand beaches were definitely a plus and the elevator made everything that much easier. Generally speaking, the home was well supplied from kitchen necessities to the beach gear.

Sea Chalet is a beautiful, well-maintained home in the SGI Plantation. It was a great size for our family of 12, and the large dining table was perfect for a big Thanksgiving dinner spread and for cards and games in the evenings. The two decks overlooking the beautiful beach and water are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in mornings, a glass of wine in the afternoons, and for watching the dolphins play. The home is very well-stocked, is on a very quiet street with little traffic. I can't say enough about how wonderful the folks at SGI Premier Properties were to work with. The booking process was extremely easy, Rebekah answered all of the questions about the property that arose once we arrived at the home, and she even had a vacuum cleaner delivered to us within an hour of our request! Five star service for sure. Would highly recommend this property and SGI Premier Properties!

This home is open, spacious, bright with a good floor plan & roomy comfortable bedroom suites. It is near the west end of the island so we'd walk down to watch the amazing sunset every night. This house is clean, comfortable, well stocked & even has 2 refrigerators. The management company was thorough & attentive, easy to get in touch with & very friendly & helpful. Honestly, the whole experience was wonderful!

We had an incredible time in St. George staying at the Sea Chalet. Everything was super clean and we enjoyed having the extra beach towels. The elevator was super convenient when hauling luggage. But, my favorite part are the panoramic views of the beautiful st George island beach. We also loved the proximity to the jetties which was so fun to explore. Thanks for incredibale accommodations. We can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed the house and the views ! Very spacious and so close to beach ! We would rent again ! Only negatives if trying to work from home during vacation the internet WiFi and phone connections (Verizon) are not good !! Rental agency very nice and answered issues quickly.

As for the Wi-fi, unfortunately we are at the mercy of the Internet providers, and sometimes the service can be spotty. It is the price we pay for living in paradise. We all had a great adventure while staying at Sea Chalet. The beach was close and it was not crowed at all. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by 2 or 3 time a day.

Beautiful home with the best stocked kitchen we have ever experienced. Beach view was magnificent with great covered decks. Large enough for everyone to have their own space and come together for family time. Elevator was a lifesaver for getting all our luggage and supplies up to the second and third level. Comfortable seating in living area and lots of seating at dinner table. Two refrigerators were a plus too! Great place to make family vacation memories!

sea chalet is a beautiful, well stocked house right on the beach. We had everything we needed, more than we expected, and plenty of room for the whole family. The welcome bag was a very nice touch and made us feel at home!

Our whole family throughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Chalet. It is a perfect vacation home for a large family with children. The elevator was wonderful for bringing up groceries.

For eight adults and two pugs it was perfect! Large gathering room for the group, with plenty of balconies and private space for intimate conversations. Having an elevator to bring the dogs in and out was indispensable. The beach was private - nearly all ours, And the stars at night were like nothing we’ve ever seen. Even the Milky Way!

Let me begin with Carla Gibbs, she helped me with everything related to the rental and was fabulous. She answered right away and couldn't have been better. Thanks Carla! As to Sea Chalet, OMG! they had everything they stated and more. The view is unbelievable, the kids & adult toys they provided were the best; even bicycles! The kitchen is so well equipped that nothing, and I mean nothing was left out. The large table and chairs made dinner for 12 fun. The bedding was top of the line. And parking out of the hot Florida sun in the covered parking area was a bonus we did not expect. You can easily fit 3 cars or if you have a boat it is high enough to handle it. The location takes the cake though. Plantation itself is beautiful. The drive to the house is so lovely on a winding road surrounded by Florida trees, bushes and foliage. The house is perfect. Walk down the stairs, just a very short boardwalk and you are on the beach. Even though we had access to the community pool, we stayed on the beach all week. The water was warm and calm with waves large enough for the kids to enjoy the boogie boards but not too large that you had to worry about a rip tide. After dinner we walked to the rock jetty where we saw the most spectacular sun sets. We will definitely try to go back to Sea Chalet again. After having had a very difficult beginning to 2018, I wish to extend my thanks to all for making our very needed vacation all and more than I hoped it would be. Nanette

We enjoyed our week at Sea Chalet. The beach closet with umbrellas, chairs, kayaks etc. was much appreciated. Also, the beach towels were a great addition. We brought our dogs to the beach for the first (and last) time. Thank you for allowing our canine companions to come along. While we were glad to have them, they love to swim and monitoring their ingestion of sea water was not relaxing!!!! The elevator made taking them out super easy though. The layout was also great for our family of 6..... plenty of room for spreading out.

Well suited for our family. We had 9 adults and 4 children and could have accommodated several more. Large bedrooms, all with king size beds. Kitchen was great and well stocked for cooking and serving. A bonus was the beach chairs, kayaks and bicycles. We certainly would like to return to this wonderful place. JAS April 1-April 8th, 2018

What a great house! What a great view! We had a slightly rough start when we arrived since none of the sheets had been washed (full of sand and hair) and the coffee maker had a moldy filter left in it but the manager was mortified and fixed the issue immediately. The house is wonderful - spacious, light and airy, tastefully decorated and well stocked. We loved having the bikes, paddle boards and grill to use. The weather was chilly but we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent this one again. Great house for large groups. It was cute that owners left a welcome gift of a beach bag, bottle opener, cups and stuffed animal. Fun vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Chalet. Loved the bright, open great room space, and the broad porches. Well- equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and very nice linens. We really appreciated the extra amenities: beach towels and chairs, beach umbrella, bikes, and sea kayaks! Well- maintained, pet friendly, and a great beachy vibe!

My family had a wonderful week at Sea Chalet. The location is perfect. Sunrise and sunset from the balconies were beautiful. We especially appreciated the extras like beach towels(really nice ones), the kayak and paddle board, beach chairs and other beach supplies. The kitchen was very well equipped, here again with lots of extras. Tinfoil, plastic storage bags, and dish detergent were also provided. The bicycles were also a big hit. We will definitely plan to stay at Sea Chalet again!!!

Our family has been renting on St. George Island for over 10 years, and each year, we rent a different house; however, this year, we've found the beach home that meets all our needs! The Sea Chalet is an ideal beach home for our family. We had three families staying in this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home directly on the beach. Sail Fish Drive is a perfect location for us. My husband and two sons went fishing at the cut numerous times. The beach is beautiful and the water cool. We had a marvelous time. The house has an elevator, which was perfect for bringing food and luggage into the house along with being a benefit for my pregnant daughter in law. The house is spacious and views spectacular. The house comes with two kayaks along with fishing rods and beach equipment, which was such a plus for us. Carla Gibbs and her daughter Devon helped us in every way possible and were such a pleasure to work with. We had a great time and will rent at Sea Chalet again next summer!

What a beautiful spacious and perfectly equipped home!! We had three generations on our family vacation with very different needs. The elevator was a must for my father in law and allowed us to take him to the beach for the first time in many many years. The kiacks and paddle boards, beach umbrellas etc were so handy for such a large family. We also enjoyed tooling around the island on the bikes. The four king beds were very comfortable with very nice linens. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in many places along the Florida panhandle and this house is by far the best. Extras include: beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach toys, two bicycles, and kayaks. The rooms are spacious and all bedrooms have a connected bath. This was our first time staying in a house with an elevator. It made carrying in luggage a breeze. The views are beautiful from either of the two balconies and the open floor plan allows room for large groups to gather. A grill is also provided for cookouts. The best part is location! This beachfront house is in the gated Plantation community located on the west end of St. George Island and comes with club house and pool privileges. A large pool! There are bike trails throughout the community. You can't go wrong staying in this beautiful house.

I recently stayed at Sea Chalet for a few days & nights and loved every minute there. This is a beautiful house, fully furnished (even has blow dryers for your hair), with an outstanding view and just a few steps to the beach. Sea Chalet is comfortable and spacious. I was there with a few longtime friends and enjoyed the areas where we could gather to talk, eat, play cards, etc., as well as the bedrooms (each of us had one) and beach for some alone time. The beach is absolutely beautiful. This is a fantastic vacation/get-away place and I think everyone will love their time at Sea Chalet.
