Description Description
Sea Dawg is a spacious beachside home with a private heated pool and elevator, located just steps from St. George Island's beautiful beach. This is an excellent home for multiple families with large living areas and expansive decks on multiple levels. This home offers comfortable accommodation for 18 guests in five bedrooms.

THE SPACE
- Open floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen spaces.

- Additional amenities include a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, and a second refrigerator.

- Living area with Smart TV, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and deck access.

2nd Floor
- Third Beachfront king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and deck access.
- Open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, bar seating for four, and a dining table that seats ten.
- Large beachfront deck with several seating areas.
- Powder room.


3rd Floor
- Fourth private king suite with walk-in shower and balcony.

GUEST ACCESS
- Parking available for 8 vehicles and room for a boat.
- Private fenced pool (additional charge for heating).
- Private outdoor shower for use after beach visits.
- Direct beach access by path in front of home.
- Extra refrigerator located in the entrance hall.
- Elevator access from ground floor foyer to the first two floors.
- Park style charcoal grills.

NEIGHBORHOOD
- Located in the heart of St. George Island.
- Home is located 5 blocks from the light house and the center of St George Island.
- Golf carts are allowed.
- Close to nearby shops and restaurants.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- Maximum occupancy: 18.
- Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Pet Friendly all tile home. Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool.

Love!
The house was great for our family. Beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows. Elevator great for getting stuff up and down and wonderful for my mom with bad knees! Texting communication is super convenient and fast. We LOVE that we can bring out dogs with us to St. George and appreciate all of the owners that welcome them!

We (my wife, my two children and spouses and 5 grandchildren) have been coming for 15 years to St George and Sea Dawg has been the best! The view from all 3 floors with great chairs, TV’s in every room, closeness to beach, restaurants, grocery, golf carts , etc. The house had everything we needed esp kitchen appliances and utensils. Having an elevator and an extra refrigerator on the ground floor was fabulous. The pool was clean and plenty of nice chairs and had an outdoor shower. . Plan to come there every year!

Great Trip!
We just returned from another fantastic spring break in SGI, and Sea Dawg did not disappoint! The location is perfect, right across from the beach with its own designated beach path. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out inside or on one of the decks overlooking the gulf. The views are outstanding! This would be a great house for multi-generational families because of the space and the elevator. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked, including two ice machines and filtered water in the fridge. The heated pool was awesome on the cooler days and we used the double park grills often during our stay. There is tons of outdoor space. The ground floor refrigerator allowed easy access to cold drinks without having to go upstairs and we used the outdoor shower to get all the sand off before heading inside. Thank you Sea Dawg and Cape and Coast! We cannot wait to come back to our happy place.
