Loved Cape and Coast, everyone we have ever dealt with there, have been superb--friendly, accommodating and helpful. Indian Pass is perfect for us--we always time it after Spring break and before school lets out. We love how few people are there at that time. The house is perfectly placed, easy to get to, not dense housing. The view is spectacular. The house is comfortable--the fenced yard is wonderful since we bring both dogs. The house is well stocked from the kitchen to entertainment. We love the wildlife--the tree frogs at night are a real treat to say nothing of the eagles and dolphins that we saw almost daily. THANK YOU for replacing the fire alarm batteries before our arrival (funny how they know when it has been exactly a year)!!

We had the absolute best time. Indian pass is a lovely location and so relaxing. The sunrises, sunsets, tons of dolphins every day, the beautiful old pier, shelling is absolutely remarkable and while we were there we found 52 FULL sand dollars. What treasures! The house was accommodating for our 4 adults and 4 children with plenty of room for more. We loved the porch swing and the two living areas one up and one down. The ease of how close the beach is to the bottom step of the porch was so much better than hauling everything when staying at a condo vs a house. We will always stay in a beach house and would always recommend coming to Sea Palms. I shed a few tears when leaving this vacation home. Hope to be back soon.

This house is remarkable. We loved the shelling, dolphins every morning, sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. We found 52 full sand dollars walking the beaches in the mornings. What treasures! The house was just steps from the beach and the ease of that versus a condo is totally worth it! Will always stay in a beach house and hope to return to Sea Palms or another cape and coast house sooner than later we hope! Thank you all for the BEST vacation I’ve ever had.

We loved all the space we had in the home and how much we felt like we were at home! The fenced area was great for the dogs! And we loved that bags were provided to pick up after our dogs!

Shhhh. This place is wonderful! The house was super clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 7 adults and a dog. We were there for Thanksgiving there and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a turkey meal with all the fixins.. And the location! Right on the beach. No high rises at all, parks and trails nearby, great biking, beautiful sand, and a few of us even dared to go in the water!!! To address someone's previous review, there is a new dune between the house and beach that could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. A boardwalk with a ramp would make it much more convenient to go back and forth, but it wasn't overly restrictive. I'm looking forward to returning in the summer!

We have vacationed in Florida for the past 10 years. We spend 2 weeks there. We have always stayed in the Davenport area and decided this year to try a more private area. We have never had a better time on any of our previous vacations. If you like to relax, this is the place. We rented a kayak. We seen dolphins every day. One day, my wife was in the kayak a dolphin jumped up right infront of her. My kids both loved the beach, sand is nice to walk in. We had a fire right on the beach 3 different nights. The house was very clean, it just seemed more personal. First rental I ever been to that had spices and lots of dishes and silverware. We can't wait to stay there again.

Very nice home in a very quiet neighborhood. Well equipped and nicely maintained. The beach is private and location is beautiful! Would definitely go back!

The house is right on the beach which makes it very convenient. It was clean and plenty of room for 6 of us. We made use of the hot tub a lot. The staff was accommodating when we had questions and concerns. They were quick to get back to us and resolve any issues we had. We would definately stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location we have been coming to Indian Pass for 15 years and decided we would rent a house on the beach! The swing is amazing! By far several of my family members favorite place! In general I would say the house wasn’t that clean, the floors were pretty gross when we got there, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Many things were broken, the shelves and drawers were broken in the refrigerator, the master bedroom window won’t lock because it’s rotted out. The furnace intake filters were very dirty in the dining room. The house was “nice” but for you price we paid, I expected may better! No matter the condition we had an amazing time and made wonderful memories, even with the Gale winds for two days!

The house size and bedroom arrangement was perfect for our needs. The house is not very toddler friendly, though. Very private with few people on the beach. Ocean is not the crystal clear that you expect from the gulf. We did love the dolphins and shells we found. Upper deck with swing was peaceful and the view was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect and right on the beach. The hot tub was awesome also. Kitchen was well stocked and we were close to some good restaurants. We will definitely be back.
