The Mexico Beach Dream Home has arrived!! Second Wind was designed for the true family vacation allowing families to come together all in one home. No need to rent two homes, there is plenty of room for everyone all under one roof. You have amazing Beach views from every level of this home, with decks on the second & third floor. The private pool is located on the second-floor deck. You have a great view of the pool from the living room thru the large sliding glass doors. The kitchen has all the essentials needed for meals, there is a bar and bar seating as well. The dining area boast a large table with seating for 10, the bar area seats 4. A king gulf front bedroom and a Full-size bathroom is on this floor also. Located on the third floor is 3 king bedrooms with two of them being gulf front, along with 2 full sized bathrooms, and the laundry room. The fourth floor is a child's dream room!! This room has a total of 12 twin beds, a sitting area with a TV overlooking the beach and their own full bathroom. This exquisite home is located between the old pier and the marina. Close enough to walk to Mango Marley's, Crazy Beach Pizza, and The Shell Shack. Please inquire for any additional info that is needed before making your reservation.
To assist in your adventure at Second Wind, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beachcarts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

No Pets allowed! No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
