This house is worth renting for the top floor deck alone!! it is almost 360 degrees and has a fabulous view of the cut, the gulf, the bay and the sunset with the sun dropping down. The kitchen is TOTALLY equipped with everything you would need. the furnishings are nice and comfortable;e. The second living area is great to give the kids their space so the adults don't have to be bombarded by kid shows constantly. The pool is very nice, lot s of toys in the outdoor closet. Would check that out before you rent beach gear. The kids LOVED the splash pool, especially the very little kids. We are a large family group and this wa our favorite house ever.

Seven Seas was the perfect spot for our 4-day leadership retreat. The house generously accommodated all 7 couples. We worked each day in the spacious living room, gathered around the dining room table for meals and conversation, and grew in appreciation for one another as we enjoyed beach life together, watching the dolphins swim along the shore, gazing at the stars from the upper deck, fishing in the early mornings from the jetty, and collecting shells as we walked along the beach. Guest services responded consistently and quickly with helpful information and practical assistance. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The house was beautiful and in tip-top condition. Everything was clearly communicated and the management company was very responsive and helpful every time we reached out. It was the perfect vacation for our family and had all that we needed for a wonderful week!

We loved everything about the house. Just a beautiful home. The views from the kitchen and den were just incredible. We had 15 people, plenty of room to spread out and beds for all. The kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking dishes or utensils you needed. We loved all the decks … the views were fantastic . The outdoor space was great. Plenty of parking spaces. We had a wonderful stay and all the family enjoyed it from watching football on the big screen, doing puzzles on the big coffee table (plenty of games and puzzles available), playing on the beach to fishing at the rocks. You will not be disappointed on staying here. The staff at Cape coast are a pleasure to work with. Some will say that’s their job but I am here to say they really do care about you, your experience and that your stay is everything you wanted. Second year renting a house from them and We will say whenever coming to the panhandle we will always rent from Cape Coast bc they put Vrbo and Airbnb to shame … thank you again for a wonderful trip and experience. Very easy check in/out process, the house was clean and included everything needed for a weeks stay, and a beautiful and quiet location to relax for a week at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Seas! This was our first time visiting St. George Island and the plantation and we will definitely be back! The fishing was excellent and so much fun. We had a few hiccups with the hot water heater and pool, however the property managers handled this very quickly and their response time was great. Plenty of room, we had 18 in our group, plenty of parking and pool area. There are quite a lot of stairs in this house and porch areas so you get your exercise in for sure, there is an elevator, but most chose to walk off our excess calories. Definitely recommend this property!

Our time at Seven Seas was a dream come true for our family of 10. The beautifully appointed bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms made each one feel like they got the best room in the house. Large windows and sprawling decks provided 360 degrees of breath-taking views. The inlet to the west, the gulf to the south, the inter coastal waterway to the north, and miles of white sandy beach provide limitless options for recreation and the best fishing spot on the island, all right outside the door. The dolphins greeted us every morning as we watched the sunrise and we felt like we could touch the Milky Way each evening from the rooftop deck. Whether you were preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, playing games at the long dining room table or watching a movie on the large screen television, the open concept great room brought everyone together. We are so grateful for the opportunity to stay in this very special place and for the memories that will endure.

Our family has stayed here three times and we absolutely love it! The perfect spot for a trip with a large group. We spent a week with 5 other families--10 adults & 14 kids and had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, but also lots of open space in the kitchen/dining/living area to gather together for meals and games. The house is stunningly remodeled with beautiful amenities and finishes. Situated on the far end of the island so it feels like your own private beach. No traffic or masses of people. Relaxation at its finest! Easy walk to the beach from the house on the private boardwalk. Plenty of room to explore the beach and the far end of the island at the cut where the bay meets the gulf. We loved playing in the tide pools and finding crabs, fishing, and climbing the rocks. The pool is perfect for a break from the beach. Lots of space on the deck for everyone to lounge together. The upper level has an amazing deck for sunset watching. This place is heaven on earth, absolute paradise!

What a wonderful place to stay! Our family of 5 has made this our vacation spot 4 years in a row. The large bedrooms with their own bathrooms/huge dining area/bunk rooms has made it perfect to invite multiple other families to join us each year. The house's location on St. George makes it worth every penny. Far enough down the island that the beach almost empty...perfect for multiple families when the parents are outnumbered by the kids! We've developed a routine over the years. Every morning we walk down the private board walk to the beach and over to "the cut" to watch the fishing boats. Beach time until lunch...then the pool with the kids in the afternoon. Every evening 20+ of us would gather on the upper balcony to watch the incredible (unobstructed) sunset. Looking forward to fall break this year, heading back to Seven Seas, and sitting on that wrap around balcony with my coffee.
