Shore Perfection

We absolutely loved everything about this home and this was our second time visiting. Plenty of room for our group, clean, and the views from the porch are phenomenal!

We had a great time and appreciated all the items that were included in the house. There was really not much that was not thought of by the owners of the house. We very much appreciated the prompt response to any and all problems we had starting with getting into the house through the issues with the elevator. Every problem was corrected quickly.  I like reading detail reviews, so I will try to be detailed in my review. We had a family of 5 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room. Shore Perfection is a beautifully decorated home that is well taken care of. We loved the master suite. The balcony, comfortable seating and the beautiful view was awesome! If you are a hot natured person, you will appreciate the air conditioners in this home. The home was always cool, which is refreshing after a hot day on the beach. There were also two box fans. The first pool was very close which was very convenient and the boardwalk to the beach was very close. The bay infinity pool is absolutely beautiful, but you need to drive if you have little ones. There is also an outdoor shower which was very convenient . Shore Perfection is conveniently located between the Ocean and the Bay. That worked out perfectly, because the Ocean was double red flag our entire trip. We were able to swim and snorkel in the bay and the kids loved it. We enjoyed lots of sea life in the bay. We also rented a pontoon boat, which was the highlight of our trip. If you vacation in peak season and want to go out to eat as a family, I would suggest to arrive at restaurant no later than 5pm. If I had one complaint, it would be most restaurants are not equipped to handle a lot of business and the close by 9pm, so go early. If you like to cook while on vacation, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of dishes etc. but no spices of any kind. We travel a lot and this was the first time there were no spices. There are also booster seats for the little ones, but no pack n play.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and was stocked with everything we needed …. So beautiful and comfortable .. the only thing I would say negative about this property is that the beach was very very small and the they were re establishing the sand dunes and there was equipment and workers constantly out there with machinery that made a lot of noise. But we had a wonderful stay…. I wish I could decorate like the owners of this home..

What an amazing trip. This home is perfect in every way. The decor is stunning. The house was fully stocked with anything you may need. There was plenty of space in the home for each person to feel spread out. The view of the sunset each night was perfection. It was an easy walk to the beach and an east walk to the pool. The infinity pool that overlooked the bay was an added bonus. We absolutely loved the pickle ball courts. We road bikes and explored the nature and tranquility of the area. It was wonderful to vacation somewhere that was super busy. It made us stop and relax and enjoy our company. My only negative would be that the pillows need updated in the bedrooms. If you are going in the fall, like we did, the pools are not heated (or weren’t when we were there) and that was painful. If these are my only 2 “complaints”, then I think you should be good. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It is absolutely stunning and we will be back again!!

This was our third family vacation at Cape San Blas, but our first time staying at Shore Perfection. Our family loved this location. While the pictures give you a pretty good idea of what to expect, they really fail to do justice to the beauty and comfort and spaciousness of this house. The house is very well decorated and maintained, with tall ceilings and minimal, tasteful, coordinating decor throughout. The furnishings were ample and comfortable. We had a party of 11 adults, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms gorgeous. To say the kitchen was well appointed is an understatement - there were dishes and cooking supplies enough for an army. I've learned to bring a few kitchen essentials along 'just in case' to many a VRBO rental, but this house had at least one, if not two, of EVERYTHING - even a Kitchenmaid mixer. We appreciated the two dishwashers and the two kitchen sinks. The pantry was wonderful - both because it was well stocked with cooking supplies, but also because we brought a ton of food and it was nice to have a central location to store it all out of sight. The elevator was a godsend for moving supplies from our cars to the various floors. The beverage fridge and ice maker in the living area were great, allowing us to maximize the space in the fridge for food and minimize congestion in the kitchen. Our family enjoyed playing games in the main living area and watching movies. The beach side decks were used a lot as well, our favorite being the one on the forth floor which has comfortable rocking chairs and a great view. It's a short walk from the house to the bay side, where some of our party enjoyed watching the sunrise and the fish jump each morning. The infinity pool overlooking the bay made for a nice change of pace from a dip in the ocean. The shower on the ground/garage floor was private and roomy and provided lots of space for hanging wet towels to dry and made keeping sand out of the house a breeze. Overall, the location was quiet and peaceful and very private. The property management group was very responsive when we did have one bizarre issue with the oven. In fact, they showed up to help shortly after we called. Fortunately, the grill was in perfect working order, and clean, so we were able to use it to cook our meals. Kudos to the owners of Shore Perfection for designing and decorating the perfect spot for a beach vacation.

The quiet and privacy of this beautiful, thoughtfully equipped home in the Ovation community made our stay truly enjoyable.

This house is wonderful!! Perfectly clean! Beautifully decorated! Gorgeous views of the gulf and the bay! Completely stocked kitchen and large walk-in pantry. The elevator is great for carrying in/out luggage and groceries. Huge garage space. We had 2 families there for a total of 12 people, and we felt very comfortable.

As a snowbird, there are many kitchen and household items we bring with us, but at Shore Perfection we left it all packed and never wanted for anything. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was comfortable, and all the bedrooms were very generously sized! Gorgeous views from the 3rd and 4th floor decks. The kitchen is a cooks dream! This house is awesome ! It has everything from double sinks to 2 laundry rooms . The master suite on the top floor, you could live up there . Nothing was spared in building this house . Beautiful home, everything you need furnished. Because the home was basically brand new we were concerned with the kitchen being fully furnished, upon arrival it quickly became apparent that every possible need was thought of. Ice makes every where it seemed, two dish washers, plenty of room for two cars, plus kayaks, fishing gear, etc on the grave level.

We had a small trailer with all out beach gear and the driveway/garage engineers didn’t have that in mind. Then nosey neighbors don’t want to see a trailer. And when we got back to the office to pick it up, someone was backed up to it like they were going to take it. ��‍♀️ And by the way, don’t hang a beach towel on a railing. We had a great time regardless. We are trying a new place next year. But the house itself was awesome!

We are so glad you enjoyed Shore Perfection. It is a beautiful new home with everything possible that could make your stay complete. We do include a synopsis of the community rules with your contract so that you will see what is expected of someone staying in such a community. Their rules are designed to keep everyone happy, whether you live there full time or just vacation for a week. We were happy to let you park your trailer at our office and because our parking lot is small, employees park all over the place. I can guarantee that the person parked in front of your trailer was not about to pull it away, especially since it had been parked there all week. We are looking forward to seeing you again next year.
