Welcome to Sol Seeker, a radiant beach view sanctuary nestled in the heart of Mexico Beach. This exquisite three-story home offers guests a unique blend of comfort and coastal charm without an elevator but with a promise of adventure at every turn. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat that comfortably sleeps guests with beach views from every corner. The addition of a private pool further enhances the property's amenities, complementing the shared path leading to pristine beaches, a screened porch, deck, patio, and a gas grill for outdoor living at its finest. Each floor, including the kitchen on the first, boasts its living area, with a bonus movie theatre room on the third floor for entertainment nights. This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests.

THE SPACE

· Four bedrooms, each offering an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. The unique loft area features 2 built-in queen beds with full trundles, creating a cozy nook for relaxation.

· A fully-equipped kitchen with bar seating is perfect for culinary exploration, situated on the first floor for easy access.

· Outdoor amenities include a private heated pool, screened porch, deck, patio, balcony, and a gas grill for the ultimate BBQ experience.

Ground Floor:
* Large private heated pool- for an additional fee.
*Entryway is a stairwell up to main level. There is nothing on the ground floor except a half bath for the pool and the entry to the stairwell up.

1st Floor:
- Master bedroom and en suite with shower with side porch overlooking pool
- Kitchen and dining open to big family room and wrap around screened in porch
- Half Bath
- Laundry closet

2nd Floor:
- Large second Master bedroom with en suite with separate tub and shower.
- Additional King guest bedroom.
- Family/Bonus Room with sofa that has 2 twin pull out beds
- Hall Bath with shower

Third Floor
- King bedroom
- Hall bath with shower.
*Loft area with 2 built in queens and twin XL trundle
*Movie/theater room with 2 twin convertible sleepers
*Breezeway connects loft area to another outdoor porch with an ocean view. *Breezeway will have a billiards game, kitchenette and 4 top counter height game/dining/recreation table

- No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
