Welcome to the Sugar Sand Community, Sol-Y-Mar. This home is the first build in the new community that is located right on the outer banks of Mexico Beach. Sol-Y-Mar is a 3-level home with an open loft space right above the living room. Views from the loft are like nothing that you have ever seen, pictures do not do it justice. There is a covered carport big enough for 4 vehicles with parking pads along the side of the home as well. When you enter the home, the ground floor gives you access to the elevator which services the home. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The two gulf front bathrooms have walk-in showers with double vanities and the hallway bathroom is a shower/tub combo. Each bedroom has a TV and has deck access except for the bunkroom (no deck). Kitchen, Living, and Dining room are all on the 3rd floor along with access to the loft. Everything in the kitchen is top of the line and this home even has a mini fridge in the loft. Let's talk about the deck views! You can see for miles when you are on the decks. Uncrowded beaches are always a favorite in Bay County, and we have the best Beach access at Sugar Sand. While staying at Sol-Y-Mar you also have access to the resort style community pool and gym. To assist in your adventure at Sol-Y-Mar, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beachcarts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.

Perfect Vacation Home away from the Hustle & Bustle
We loved this home, it was perfect for our family. We loved that, it was like having our own private beach. All the accommodations were just as listed. The only thing that would have been nice was that there was no pantry access and no where to store food so we just had so much on the counters. The pool is was great as well but check for crabs lol, we fished about 6-7 out a day. It is just a hop skip and a jump to Port St. Joe for Groceries and other great restaurants. I have to say top 3 restaurants we tried Shipwrecked, Peppers and Joe Mama’s ?. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Thanks so much for the review! The owners swapped around the owner's closet and there is a ton of pantry space now. The pool service has been pretty good at keeping the pool clean. With the pool being so new during your reservation, they were not expecting that! Can't wait for your return!
