The large open great room invites everyone to gather for meals, games and fun while the large kitchen is a delight for preparing anything from sweet breakfast delicacies from the local donut shop to chef-inspired local seafood.
Note: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles and smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the house.
The Grand Master bedroom incorporates the entire fourth floor with luxurious King bed, walk-in closet, and private deck access for a front row seat to amazing sunsets. The Master bath provides double vanities, step-in shower, and freestanding soaking tub. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this gulf front vacation home located on the north cape accommodates 12.
To assist in your adventure at Summer Dreams, your reservation includes $250 worth of adventure gear rental, delivery fee may apply. Whether your adventure is sitting under an umbrella on the white-sandy beaches, biking, or fishing from a kayak in the Bay, this $250 credit towards your vacation gear rental will ensure you have the adventure you seek. You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.

Summer Dreams has easy access to the 8-mile Logger Head Walk/Bike Path, so those wanting to get their “FIT” on while on vacation have no excuse.
This house only allows 2 dogs under 30 lbs. each. No events allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
