- Two King Suites: Each features an en suite bathroom and private deck access, offering guests a quiet retreat. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and one bathroom has a walk in shower.
- Laundry closet and linen closet for added convenience.

Second Floor
- Open-Concept Living Area: Bright and spacious with Gulf views, the living room, kitchen, and dining area are perfect for gathering and relaxing.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features modern appliances, ample prep space, and an adjacent butler pantry with a sink, ice machine, and beverage fridge.
- Large Balcony: Expands your living space outdoors with ample seating to enjoy the Gulf breezes.

Third Floor

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The guest accommodations can comfortably sleep up to 16 people.
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced.
- Elevator service may be slower because of the remote beach location.
- We will address any elevator issues as quickly as local service providers can manage.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed, repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
